  • Room was dirty. Trash throughout.

“This hotel was in a good location and seems like at one point in time it was 3-star quality. However, now it's dirty and somewhat run down for a 3-star. The room had trash on the floor in multiple places, jewelry in the bathroom. The room was generally nice, but not as nice as most Marriott properties.”

  • I loved the convenience to the Inner Harbor and Camden Yards.
  • The service was poor during check-in, the staff gave poor directions on how to get to things.

“The location of the hotel was wonderful. You were within walking distance to the Inner Harbor and Camden Yards. I did not like however that our room was not ready upon arrival and the staff told us they could hold our luggage until 3pm for check-in. When we returned at 3pm our room still was not ready and they had to try and get us a new room. The staff gave poor directions on how to get around and was not helpful in terms of finding us a place to dine late night on a Saturday. Our TV did not work for part of the time during our stay as well.”

  • The location was great for visiting Inner Harbor attractions.
  • Unable to control room temperature it was very stuffy and hot!

“I have stayed here before, the location is great for the Inner harbor. The check in staff, door greeter, and Valet attendant were all very pleasant. The room was adequate. I was upset that the toilet was leaking and although the engineer did come promptly to fix the problem, he did clean up the dirty floor water with all of the towels and then threw them in the tub and did not have housekeeping replace them!”

  • I loved the location.
  • It did not have a frig and the TV didn't work right.

“The Shertan Inner Harbor Baltimore was a very clean and friendly hotel. It did not have a frig or microwave in the room which was a bit disappointing, but the guest services was very friendly and gave us take out menus for various restaurants in the area. This hotel is in a perfect location to spend the day in the Inner Harbor and the guest services even asked if we wanted to store our luggage after checking out!”

  • The location was perfect! It was within walking distance to public transportation and many fabulous area attractions.
  • When asking for a wake-up call, the hotel staff member was rude to me.

“This is an excellent hotel within walking distance to the stadiums, museums, restaurants and convention center of downtown Baltimore. Public transportation via light rail was two blocks away, as was the wonderful Inner Harbor area. The only thing missing from this hotel is a casual, family-friendly, economical eatery on the premises.”

  • Very close to the inner harbor without being overrun by people.
  • A little basic for a town that has a lot of character.

“The Sheraton Inner Harbor is in a great location for anyone looking to check out the Inner Harbor or Falls Point and I would certainly stay there for a Football or Baseball game. There are some other hotels in Baltimore with a little more character, but if comfort, cleanliness and location are important to you, this is an excellent hotel.”

  • They charged $28 to park at the hotel. This was unexpected. Baltimore has limited parking and left me no other choice.

“Overall, it was a great stay. The staff was knowledgeable of the area and helped with directions. The room was average, good enough for a short stay. However, the room was very noisy on this particular night. There were a lot of doors banging and you could hear guests coming and going throughout the night, and this was well after 1:00 a.m. The parking was another issue. I felt trapped as soon as I pulled into the hotel and was bombarded with the $28 to park.”

  • The location was great, access via skywalk. The rooms were very clean & well maintained. Flat screen TV was nice.
  • No fan in bathroom. Did not have complimentary breakfast.

  • Not ADA compliant, poor handicap accessibility.

“This hotel stated it was ADA compliant. It was not. Despite numerous calls to the hotel confirming the need for handicap accessible room, the bathroom facility was too small for a person with crutches or a wheelchair to access. The toilet was too low for ADA compliance. The staff tried to help, but when handicap facilities are needed and the hotel states they are compliant for handicapped persons, it is frustrating to find yourself not able to meet the needs of the person you are bringing to the hotel.”

“Carpet was stained. It had two beds and I only wanted one kind size bed. I had to pay twenty dollars to park when I was staying In the hotel. It was really ridiculous.”

“Close to the harbor and Camden yards, the subway is nearby and you can get to the inner harbor quickly from this hotel. Water taxis are fun way to get around to other neighborhoods. The staff was eager to help from the moment our cab arrived. Very pleased we ended up at this hotel. Great staff and nothing wrong with the rooms or accommodations.”

“My husband, 8 year old son and I were in Baltimore for one night. We loved the location and could walk to the Aquarium, inner harbor and Camden Yards. The valet staffs were great! Our room had an air conditioning leak that soaked the floor in the foyer and the room smelled a little musty-moldy. I informed a gentleman at the front desk and he assured us it would be taken care of (wet-vac or something) but it was not. When we checked out I told him nobody ever came and he apologized but seem bothered by me. The room was otherwise great with a beautiful view. I would stay at this hotel again, just not in that room. Wait-staff friendly but slow.”

  • Our room was not very clean upon arrival, nor was it cleaned well during our stay.

“Great location. Between walking and the water taxi, we never needed to use our car. The room was not cleaned well, both upon initial check-in and during our stay. There was lipstick stains on the rug, on the Sheraton pillow, on the bathroom counter, and the lampshade was obviously stained. When we reported the problem, we were handed a new pillowcase to change ourselves.”

  • I did not like the fact that the rooms were smoke free, the pool was the size of a hot tub, and the staff was condescending.

  • No in-room dining available after 11pm. The sink made funny noises after use.

“The hotel wasn't quite what I expected. The elevators were very slow. The rooms were not very sound proof and people in the halls woke us up. The noises made from the sink every time it was used was very irritating.”
