- The hotel did have a pool and a lot of levels.
- It was hard to figure out where the vending and ice machine was.
“the staff acted unprofessional and I had to wait very long to get feed back for certain questions. There were no clear directions to vending and ice machines. There room was very boring. There was no fridge or breakfast. The bathroom was very small.”

- The view from the 22nd floor.
- No free shuttle service to inner harbor and the parking prices.
“The parking for an overnight stay was $27 with no in-out privileges. If you valet parked it was $40. One of the valet personnel said that it was the highest in the city. The entire city was incredibly expensive.”

- Very helpful and friendly staff. Great facilities.
- No mini fridge, pay for internet, lack of TV channels.
“The staff is extremely friendly, always pleasantly greeting you when you return and always asking if there is anything you need or anything they can help with. They answer all questions you have and you are helped very quickly. I didn't have to wait at all to check in or out. It's a very comforting and well run hotel. I would definitely stay there again!”

- It was close to all the attractions that we wanted to see.
- None of the vending machines seemed to work. Some were sold out while others didn't take dollar bills.

“It was a nice hotel, but the parking was terrible and you were charged for everything. There was no ice machine on our floor, the free wireless connection did not work, you were charged if you used the phone, and we were charged by the shuttle bus for a five minute drive. Our experience at the hotel was terrible.”

- The location was perfect.
- The room was hot and took awhile to cool down with dark drapes.
“The staff was pleasant and helpful. The decor was very dark which is very conducive to sleep but made the spaces feel small. The bathroom was very small with only a shower. The room had large windows on two sides that had been left open and made the room rather hot. After closing the windows and drapes and turning on the AC it was slow to cool off due to the dark drapes and sunshine. Bottled water was available in the room for $2.00 a bottle. We were very comfortable.”

“The hotel has an upscale appearance from the lobby to the rooms. The staff was very courteous and friendly; ensuring we knew which elevator to take to get to our room. The room was spacious and clean with modern furnishings. We had a very large window that gave us an excellent view over the city. The only thing the room could have had is a mini-fridge. The location was great; it only took us minutes to walk to the Inner Harbor. The valet staff was professional and helpful with both taking care of the car and giving us directions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!”

- Sleeping on a full size bed for 3 nights was a nightmare! Didn't know they even still made them.
“The hotel itself was clean and the staff was polite. Room did not have a smoke detector, just wires sticking out of wall. Room was switched. No one was interested in rectifying my tiny bed complaint. I have not seen a modern day hotel with 1 full sized bed in it.”

“A friend and I decided to head to Baltimore's inner harbor at the last minute. We used valet parking for the one day we were there. It was quick and convenient but was a pretty penny. Other parking was right across the street. We were in walking distance to the Inner Harbor and Camden Yards. We couldn't have been happier with our stay. Staff was great! Very friendly and willing to help! Would definitely stay again.”

“A great value centrally located near the Inner Harbor and stadiums. The neighborhood is safe, the hotel was clean, and parking was convenient, the bed was comfortable; it had a nice size TV. The room seemed to be tailored to the male business traveler - that is there was no tub, although there was a large shower. It had all the essentials and was in great condition, but a little short on frills.”

- Elevator.
“Checked in around 2-3, room was not ready. They would call me when it was ready. I had to call them around 7pm when I did not here from them. There was only one elevator working so trying to get downstairs on Sunday morning was about a 25 minute ordeal. Had to take elevator up and stop at every floor on the way down. Food at the restaurant was ok, service was not the best. Plus is it's only about 4-5 blocks from harbor and stadium.”

- The room was lovely and the pool was an important aspect. We could walk to venues.
- A long interior hallway to our tower elevator. Parking was expensive.
“Excellent location. We were able to use a public parking garage nearby, but valet parking is available. The fitness center was of high quality, and the outdoor pool was a refreshing respite from the city heat. Our room was clean and bright with a large bathroom and a wonderful flat-screen TV. Hotel staff recommended several fun restaurants nearby for an evening snack. It was a pleasant stay.”

- Housekeepers arguing in hallway, sheets were stained or dirty, checked us into a room that hadn't been cleaned, slow to fix that.

“I was able to check in early which was a plus. When I called prior to my arrival I was assured I would have a king size bed with microwave and refrigerator. When I arrived, they did not have any king rooms available and I was told that the microwave and fridge could be brought up to my room but I would be charged $40.00 per day. The person who checked me in did not explain any of the hotel amenities. They do not have a free breakfast for any of their guests and the hotel restaurant was very expensive.”

- The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
- High speed network did not work in the room.
“The hotel was nice and clean other than the previous guest's dirty towels being left in the closet along with some of his personal belongings and the high speed internet not working.”
