• The rooms were large, very nice and clean. The lobby where breakfast was served was beautiful.
• There were some fruit flies in the room.

“I definitely would go to this hotel in the future. My family and I were very comfortable. The continental breakfast was great. Location was great too. Hotel was clean and rooms were large.”

• The staff was very friendly and helpful.
• The walls were very thin, therefore it was noisy.

“It was a decent room for the price. It was a short drive from the Hershey attractions, and right next door to a good place to eat.”

• A real suite.
• No concern for customer loyalty- price gouging.

“I'm in a King Suite using the internet connection they provide right now. This actually is a real suite with separate bedroom. Unlike so many others that are nothing more than a large room. This place feels like home. Large bath with separate sink area, nice size living area with eat-in kitchenette (seats 2). Lobby/ breakfast area is very nice. The staff was polite and professional. My biggest complaint: Either I pay an additional 70 bucks more for tomorrow or we have to find another place. Not cool.”

• The room was clean and spacious for a family of five. The hotel employees were friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was wonderful.
• The pool had too much chlorine, and the hot tub could have been cooler and cozier. Need more elevators.

“The Hampton hotel was a great place to stay for us. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was especially nice. The location was terrific due to the fact that we were there to visit Hershey park. If we go back, we will most likely stay there although a little too pricey!”

• The hotel was very clean, the indoor pool was great for the kids and the free breakfast was a great start for the day.
• We booked a room with two queen beds, and one sofa bed, but when we checked in there was no sofa bed.

“Over all I loved the place it was neat, clean, close to Hershey park and to other places too. The only problem was when we booked the room online we asked for two queen beds and one sofa beds. But when we got there, there wasn't a sofa bed. We asked for it and they sent us a rolling bed that was uncomfortable. But if I do come back to Hershey Park I will deferentially choose this hotel!”
