• Slow elevator, we used the stairs.

• Decent location. Close to the Giant Center.
• Bathroom wasn't fully cleaned before we checked in.

“Housekeeping forgot a wash cloth that was left in the shower when we got there. Other than left not a bad experience. This is my 2nd time staying here and I don't mind this place. I'd rather end up with the Comfort Inn but I'd stay here again.”

• Closeness to Hershey Park, breakfast buffet, wireless internet.
• Bed linens were grungy (both comforters and blankets had visible filth) and shower/bath had visible mold.

“The hotel was overpriced based on the lack of cleanliness of the room. It was obvious that they seldom wash the blankets or the bed spreads, and there was too much mold on the floor and wall tile in the bathroom.”

• The pool was open very late. The breakfast was great.
• I don't think there was anything. All went well and the staff, etc. were great.

“The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was more than friendly. We absolutely were delighted with the expanded continental breakfast. Having the pool open until eleven was great as the kids could swim when we got back from a long day. The shuttle operator was very pleasant and we just had to make a call and he would come and pick us up anywhere we were. It was one of the best places we have stayed and none of us of the five had one complaint.”

• The location at the 1st was great. The staff at 2nd great.
• The 1st air conditioning was problematic.

• The staff was attentive and helped us find a great local place for dinner.
• The continental breakfast lacked luster.

“This place was great because it is pet friendly for a nominal fee, the pool is nice as is the weight room, and the staff is very friendly. The continental breakfast was not impressive and the rooms were not spick and span, but it was fine for a short stay and a life-saver because we could bring the dog.”

• Close to Hershey attraction.
• My room was not clean.

“My room was not clean. There was long human hair on the sheets and the sheets were on the opposite side leaving me to think that they were reused.”

• Great location, plenty of parking, rooms are clean.
• Shuttle bus doesn't go to the giant center for hockey games.

“This was my first time staying here. This hotel is conveniently located to the park and the rooms were clean. It would have been nice if the free shuttle bus could have taken us to the giant center which is right next to Hershey park. Overall, it was a good experience and I wouldn't mind staying here again.”

• The location near the Hershey Convention facility is excellent.
• potato chips on the floor when I arrived and for first two days of my stay.

• Continental breakfast.
• Indoor swimming pool was freezing-kept temp. at 80 degrees.

“The hotel was in a good location. The continental breakfast was convenient, though we've seen better. The indoor swimming pool is why we chose this hotel, however, we were unable to stay in it as the water was freezing cold and my children, my husband, and myself, were trembling. Upon complaining, the hotel manager told me it was their policy to keep it at 80 degrees and only offered me $10 for the problem, which he did not view as a problem and only offered the $10 begrudgingly.”
