• Didn't have enough dresser space, elevator design could be friendlier, too far away to use.

• Limited hotel entrances creating long walk from car.

“Fairly new hotel in very good shape with clean and comfortable rooms. I had an exceptionally large room w/a living room area and a connected but separate bedroom space (l-shaped room). I'll definitely stay here again if I take an early am flight out of bowie. It is only about 1.5 miles from the airport and conveniently located right off of 295.”

• The room had a well-lighted, open floor plan.
• I found hair from the previous occupant when I arrived.

“This hotel is in a very quiet location. The rooms are spacious and well-lighted. Exercise and laundry facilities are great. It is convenient to all major highways. The staff is very friendly. The continental breakfast is one of the best I¿ve ever had. I'd recommend this hotel to my family and friends.”

“Nice hotel. Restaurant basically right next to lobby - no bar. Workout facility 2 treadmills - one broken + 1 prior. Hotel staff very pleasant. I did recommend hotel to stranded airport customer.”

• Nothing for breakfast out until 6:30, I had to leave for a flight by 6:00.

• Wonderful complimentary hot breakfast & spacious room.
• We have no complaints.

“We enjoyed our overnight stay - no worry to get to our flight the next morning - we were able to park our car at the courtyard Marriott not far away -- the room was spacious & very comfortable - we were pleasantly surprised to have gotten such a nice room for a reasonable rate. ”

• The room was beautiful - better than expected.
• Bath too small - door opened into toilet knee space.

“Residence inn BWI is a very nice moderately priced hotel for business and leisure travel. It is family and pet friendly. The rooms are very nice and comfortable with internet access. It can sleep 4 if you don't mind your two kids sharing the sleeper sofa. Bathroom is a little small - restaurants close by and quite worth it.”

“This hotel filled all my needs. Solo business traveler, leaving out of bowie the next morning. They are close to: airport parking, affordable eating, a movie theater, and a convenience store. Add to that a good clean room and free internet, and I think it was a good value.”

• The fact that there were two of the same named hotels with in five miles of each other.

• The set up of the room was fantastic because of the separate bedroom.
• There was nothing that I did not like.

“This hotel was wonderful! The room is set up as a suite, i.e. there is a bedroom, a separate living room/kitchenette, and a large bathroom. It was very clean and cozy. I would definitely stay here again!”

• No restaurant on site, a pain for late arrivals

“Difficult to find in a rental, no airport shuttle that I could find, no on-site restaurant, which was an unpleasant surprise after arriving late. The room did have full refrigerator, microwave, small kitchen, etc., which would be good if you're staying for awhile and have a car. I guess that's why they call it Residence Inn. Could not recommend for in-and-out business traveling.”

“Good hotel for the money. Front desk clerk was busy on the phone all the time, and my non smoking room had previously been a smoking room. Everything else was great.”

• I used it only for its proximity to the airport and parking.
• I was only there to sleep and leave, so no complaints

“I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I have stayed in "two star" hotels that were old and moldy and not very impressive at all, but this hotel was fairly nice for the price, very close to the airport, and parking, and it served my purpose quite well.”

• Very spacious and family friendly, great breakfast too!
• Didn't really like the crib they provided, it was dirty.

“Overall great stay for me and my family of three children, very spacious, able to move around and not feel crowded. I just did not like the crib, it was not clean, which is hard for a mother of an infant, but it was all they had. That was the only thing that went wrong.”

• This beautiful, spacious suite with a kitchenette would be perfect for an extended stay. It was super clean and the staff was very helpful. Wow.
• What is there not to like.

“This was one of the cleanest, most spacious suites I have ever stayed in. And I got it all for less than I would expect to pay for just a room. This was a very comfortable place to stay. The free buffet breakfast was a huge bonus too. I wish that we had more time at the hotel.”

• I was pleased with the hotel, location, staff, and service.
• There is nothing I did not like.

“I was impressed with this facility. Great privacy with a great view if you are lucky enough to get a room with one. Friendly staff and visitors. Quiet ( this was what I was looking for) I also liked the room lay out, I found every thing very convenient I hope to visit again very soon. I would also recommend it to anyone.”

• Location in proximity to BWI Airport because we had an early flight.
• The hotel was reluctant to guarantee a room with two beds.

“This was a very nice hotel, but would have been better for a single traveler or a couple with no children. They would reserve a room with one bed with no problem, but were reluctant to guarantee us a room with two beds and refused to provide a roll away bed even though we had a son and daughter traveling with us.”

• "At home" feel and outstanding service from staff.
• I liked every aspect of the Residence Inn.

“The Residence Inn provides a clean, efficient, at-home feel suite of rooms at extremely reasonable rates. It was very convenient to BWI airport with a free shuttle every 15 minutes after 5 a.m. All staff were accommodating and very courteous.”

“The property was clean, and well maintained. However, I believe that this hotel was misrepresented. It took over 25 minutes to get from the hotel to the airport, after stopping to pick up guest from two other hotels. Also, there was no dining facility, only canned food and a microwave. ”

• Clean spacious suite, especially like the bedroom separate from living room.
• That we were told that we had to plunge our toilet that was clogged because no one was there to do it. Person was very rude at desk.

“Counter staff was very rude. Toilet was clogged in room & staff told us that we would have to plunge our own toilet because there was not one there to do it. Didn't expect to have to perform maintenance duties.”

• Very close to BWI airport and the off-airport parking lots.
• Newer construction, which means very poor sound insulation.

“Nearby to Nursery road Exit from B-W Parking. Very close to Airport Fast Park serving BWI Airport. Not much in the way of food services around this area, though. A nice place to stay the night prior when you've got an early am flight out and do not want to risk the am traffic getting into BWI.”
