- Marriott beds are the best.
- Car got broken into in the hotel lot. There's no security at all out there.
“The hotel itself is fine, but my car got broken into in the hotel parking lot. While the hotel was nice about it, make sure you don't leave your valuables or anything that might indicate you have valuables in the car. Also, considering that there have been a string of break-ins in the area, I wish the hotel had warned me ahead of time that there had been some incidents recently and recommended that anyone with a car take appropriate precautions.”

- The staff was friendly. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed ever!
- Only one washer and one dryer for guest use.
“The staff was friendly and very helpful. Our room was not ready early, so we spent a relaxing time in the sports restaurant while we waited. The beds were amazingly comfortable! If Internet access were free, this hotel would be perfect.”

- Great pool, reasonably priced food at Champions.
- Poor service at Champions.
“Very nice hotel, great pool with a lifeguard, and very close to BWI with frequent shuttle service. Champions was great for kids and adults, reasonably priced and good food but the service was poor. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.”

- I really liked the service and the convenient location of this hotel.
- The beds were not firm I tried 4 rooms and all of the beds were saggy.
“I loved everything about this hotel except the saggy beds. It is my preference for 3.5 star hotels to have firm beds. It's always easier to make a bed softer than it is to make a bed firmer.”

- They were great from check in to check out. Very nice, very clean. Would recommend highly.

- When my husband and I checked into the hotel the desk manager
offered us
a nice room because we were newlyweds!
- Champion's the food place in the hotel wasn't the best place to eat.

- Very comfortable bed and excellent flat screen TV. The gym was convenient.
- Could not lower the heat in the room. Room did not have a safe.

price, it was an excellent stay - as with all hotels the doors are not soundproof and there were lots of parties - family mainly - so there was hall noise which I finally had to get up and get under control so next time I will be sure to ask for a room at the end of the hall instead of near the elevator for all to pass by.”

- There wasn't anything I didn't like.
“It's amazing to me that the LAX Marriott and this Marriott had the same star level. This Marriott had rooms that were so much bigger and more comfortable, and the staff was so much more professional. Granted, this isn't the fanciest hotel ever, but everything was clean and comfortable and working, the staff was organized and professional, and the room service was good. Very close to the airport and perfect for business travelers who want a good value.”

- The room was very comfortable. I slept very well and there were no disturbances.
- When I arrived I had to park quite a long distance form the lobby due to a large function in the Hotel.

- Walls are too thin. Can hear every conversation from next room.
“Close to the airport and major freeways. Far from any shops or any restaurants. Hotel restaurants were pricey but quality was very good. Food was fresh. Hotel is fairly clean. Rooms need some updating. The shower was old. Bed started coming apart at base. Walls are so thin that every conversation could be heard from next door. Made it very difficult to get any sleep.”

- The beds were very comfortable and convenient to Baltimore's Inner Harbor Area.
- The staff was very rude at check in.
“It took them forever to decide which rooms to put us in and they had almost nothing to say to us. After assigning our rooms they tried to run my card again for incidentals. I'm not sure how much they were trying to put on it as it was declined when it was definitely not maxed out. One person in our party commented how nice the "motel" was and the guy at the check in desk corrected him that it was a "hotel," in a condescending tone of voice. The rooms were fairly nice, with the beds being a highlight. There was some molding that had come loose and the bathtub wasn't nasty dirty but looked like it could have been more thoroughly cleaned. When we returned to the motel that night our hallway was filled with a strong odor of an illegal substance, which was impossible to miss.”

- It was beautiful, clean and the atmosphere was great. The gift shop had was convenient and had everything I needed as a distressed traveler.
- When I checked in the clerk told me I was in the wrong hotel. The van driver told me I was in the right place.
“This hotel was beautiful and fabulous. The pool was amazing! I only wished they had sold bathing suits so I could have enjoyed the water. The sports bar/restaurant was a great atmosphere, however, the food was one of the worst I have ever had. Even the beer was warm. Overall, it was a great experience and I loved the Bath & Body Works aromatherapy products.”

“Staff cold and unfriendly. Did not make me feel welcome at all, particularly the front desk supervisor, David, upon checking in. I have stayed at the Marriott courtyard down the street in the past, and the staff there goes out of their way to be helpful. I can not say the same for this "3 star" full service Marriott that we stayed in this time. The price was good for this place, but Im sure we only got it because the hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. The room was nice enough, and the bed was comfortable, which I guess makes up for the unfriendly staff. Passed one Marriott employee in the hallway that did not say hello or ask how my stay is.”

“The hotel is well staffed and in general very nice. The room service was inefficient, although friendly. We ordered two items; both were delivered incorrectly. One we did not bother to change. The air conditioner in our room did not function well and the move system broke down when we had watched about an hour of a film. So, overall, we like the hotel, but there were too many unfortunate coincidences. The front desk staff is very nice.”

- The front desk personnel are very helpful and welcoming. I like the spacious lobby area with the open bar for meeting business clients.

- It was very convenient to my granddaughter in Crofton, MD.
- The second floor view, especially from the elevator.
