• Our daughter was in an auto accident and the staff was very accommodating by giving us a room near an outside exit and lots of extra pillows, blankets.

• This hotel was just upgraded in the rooms and the reception areas and restaurant. It is a green hotel with unexpected ammenities. I have already recom
• The only thing I missed was having a refrigerator in the room.

“The staff were very friendly and knowledgible. The hotel itself was very clean and up to date. The lobby had touch screen wall to give you info on anything and any place locally. There a flight staion to check n on your flights and print tickets. Also had a 24 hr food station in lobby where you could just get a snack or a sandwich. I highly recommend this hotel.”

• Clean, new and lots of great space saving furniture. Free parking.
• No free breakfast:(and the restaurant is pricey).

“Our room was spacious and clean. Everything was recently upgraded with granite counters and nice furniture (with lots of space for your luggage). Great desk area to work from. Bed was comfortable. This was one of the nicer 3 stars we have stayed in.”

• Met expectations; no frills but the rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the hotel shuttle also.
• Plain; no distinction from other hotels in area.

“Good location convenient to Baltimore Airport. Clean comfortable rooms with very comfortable feathertop beds. Enjoyed the balcony on the room. Staff was friendly, although the breakfast and convenience food were overpriced. Free airport shuttle available.”

• Mold growing in bathroom, long wait at check in/hotel restaraunt.

“This hotel is good value for the cost. Its amenities clearly cater to the business traveler (kiosks for printing boarding passes and large desk in the room). The bathroom in my room was slightly dirty (some mold growing on the grout) but the rest of the room/hotel was in top shape.”

• Busy access to both Baltimore and Washington.
• Housekeeping got rid of my specialty soap and also the glasses and cups were always spotty or dirty.

“We had a pleasant stay. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The rooms are smallish and might be noisy if the hotel is full, but it was quiet for us. Location near BWI and the freeways was perfect for our needs.”

• Comfortable bed.

“Convenient to BWI airport - just 10 minutes to return rental car, shorter if you take the free shuttle. Room very large, clean and comfortable. Wish there was a door to the sink/vanity area though, because the light is disturbing for one sleeping.”

• Free shuttle from BWI, and close in proximity.
• We stayed during major renovations, most of hotel was down.

“Friendly employees were the best part of my experience. The hotel was going some major renovations so the restaurant was in a converted "board room", breakfast in the morning were horrible. Overpriced for what was offered but with the proximity to BWI airport they almost have to gouge you to stay afloat.”

“Other than the sloppy Wi-Fi in the room, more like non-existent, the hotel provided everything I needed, a clean room to stay for couple of nights. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The harbor area is only located a few minutes away. I highly recommend this hotel for a non-smoker.”

• AC and TV did not work in two rooms. Moved three times. Airport shuttle failed to get me in one hour!

“Hotel in good shape and clean. Staff pretty good; only issue was that first room the AC was not working. Sent me to second room, TV not working (on-demand menu for movies not working). Then spent over an hour with facility engineer trying to fix it and then spent more time trying to find a room with functioning TV. Hotel gave me pass for two free breakfast buffets for my inconvenience. Other problem is that I waited at airport for shuttle for an hour in 100 degree heat for shuttle that never came. I called the hotel seven times and said shuttle on way and finally told me to take a cab. They tried telling me that shuttle driver could not find me; that was a joke. Told them I was at the light rail stop, door 18 at every call to them. I also watched every van go by for an hour; so, it was not my fault.”

• Free shuttle to airport. Comp tea and coffee 24 hrs. Good bed.
• Poor service. Uncaring and unprofessional hotel staff.

“We arrived at the Courtyard around 5 pm. We had plans to stay just one night because we had a flight the following morning. We checked into a nice room, had dinner and then eventually prepared for bed. At 10 pm we were ready to get some sleep. We had to be at the airport early the next morning and we were tired from the busy day and long drive that brought us to Baltimore from PA. My husband likes to sleep with a fan at night so we turned on the a/c and discovered that it was making a loud noise.”

• The distance from airport to hotel and the shuttle bus. Also, they helped me with everything I needed.
• I didn't like the cleanliness of the restroom. The floor was dirty and the toilet paper holder was broken.

• We really liked the bed, it was so comfortable.
• Someone was stabbed there the night we checked in.

“The hotel staff was very courteous and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. We were disconcerted because the police were in the lobby when we checked in. The hotel was not as nice as expected, but at the same time, we were satisfied with our experience.”

“This hotel offers a good shuttle and has a good computer center. Along with the exercise room it's quite nice. The whirlpool and swimming pool should have been open during the week more hours. The staff was friendly but not as knowledgeable about current prices for other modes of transportation and connections.”

“Met my needs. Was clean and comfortable. I was surprised at how quiet it was. The restaurant area was quite busy the next morning, and we needed to ask for silverware and then the check. We missed the shuttle to the airport will we waited for our check to be processed. But another came around in 15 minutes and we had left ourselves plenty of time so we were okay. A good deal and convenient.”

• The shuttle did not meet me at the airport as they had promised on the phone and didn't manage to find me. Had to get a cab.

• It was close to other hotels where there were good meetings for other events.
• Plenty of rooms available on the first floor and they threw a lot of people on the third (top most floor) for no apparent reason.

• Convenient to airport with shuttle. Clean, very pleasant.
• No breakfast included. They did have coffee.

“Very nice rooms, in a well-refurbished hotel. Convenient airport shuttle. No free breakfast, but there was coffee in the lobby - important for us 5 am airport folks. My daughter enjoyed the pool/hot tub. Internet access is free, but not wireless in the rooms. Overall - great!”

• Best bed I ever slept in. The manager, Dana, was the most helpful hotel staff we ever encountered.
• No complaints.

“Will and already have recommended this hotel to others. Ten family members flew in for a family gathering. Fourteen of us stayed at the hotel one night. Eight more joined us for breakfast. So a total of 22 gathered together before we all went in different directions. The manager, Dana, handled this influx with ease, humor and helpfulness, seating us all for breakfast and even helping manage the four small children. It was a completely fun experience in a well-run hotel.”
