• They had hot chocolate available 24 hrs a day, not just coffee.
• Too few of towels given.

• The free continental breakfast was nice.
• Staff seemed less than interested in a problem I brought to their attention.

“This hotel was clean and comfortable. The free continental breakfast was a nice touch. The housekeeping staff was topnotch. However, if you're traveling with children, they might be disappointed by the lack of kids' channels on the hotel cable system (no Cartoon Network or Nickelodeon). They did have the Disney channel, but it was not working during our stay (no picture, just sound). When I brought it to the attention of the staff, my concern was dismissed and no one even bothered to see if the problem was just in my room or a hotel-wide problem. I was basically told to "deal with it."”

• There were two beds in the room... we only wanted one bed.

• NEW AND WELL KEPT
• FRONT DESK MADE NO ATTEMPT TO REPLENISH BOTTLED WATER, THAT COMPLIMENTARY TO GUESTS.
