• Spacious room with nice amenities and bedding.
• Bathtub filled during shower and drained very slowly.

• Very helpful desk staff. Large functional rooms.
• Convenient by shuttle to airport, far from everything else. No juices at breakfast.

“Very good "overnighter" hotel that's convenient to BWI airport, however very inconvenient to everything else (I guess that's not the hotel's fault). Nice "jr. suite"-like rooms with helpful amenities like iron, refrigerator, sink and couch. The walls were rather thin and I could easily hear the family next door. The breakfast was good with a waffle iron, but there were meager fruit selections and no juices to speak of. Very helpful staff. I asked to switch rooms due to the noisy family and the desk agent was sympathetic and was able to help me out. Over all a good 2.5 star hotel.”

• I was impressed with the layout of the room; I appreciated the proximity to the light rail transit system.
• Well, a steam room would have put them in another class! Also, larger towels would have been appreciated.

• Loved the extent of facilities in the room.
• They did not have a restaurant or room service.

“The rooms are very spacious and include a bedroom, living room area, desk for working and kitchen facilities. All the comforts of home but you dont have to clean up after yourself. I felt I had my complete privacy and was in my own world. Very relaxing. Even went down to sit in the Jacuzzi and read my book. Great place to stay.”

• Very comfortable rooms and beds.
• I didn't like the full length mirror at the end of the king size beds.

“I thought this hotel was very clean, and we really enjoyed our stay. Our only disappointment was that the hot tub and pool were not up to standards. The pool was very cold and the hot tub was broken. Also it is a little un-nerving to have someone "baby-sit" you while you are in the pool.”

“The front desk staff and the van drivers were horrible! Both van drivers didn't offer help with bags at all, me or any other guests! Vie never been to a hotel where they just sat in the drivers seat and did nothing!”

• Breakfast was great, separate living space.
• I wanted 2 double beds and they refused and 1 bed and 1 sleep sofa.

“Newer hotel with nice decor. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Less than 5 minutes to airport with a free shuttle on the half hour. Night staff not well trained and did not give correct info on shuttle, but the hotel is perhaps new so people are still learning. We were very satisfied with our stay.”

• I was tremendously surprised with the quality of the hotel room.
• I was totally impressed with this hotel!

“One of the unique features of this hotel is the "suite" design that separates the sleeping area from the living room area. I was also amazed with the appurtenant accommodations - refrigerator, microwave, free internet, and safe. ”

• Very close to bowie airport with shuttle service for early am flight.
• Unavoidable we caught them while retargeting part of lobby area.

“My daughter and I felt safe in the clean and comfortable room which was just 5 minutes from bowie where she had to be dropped off at 5 am. The upgraded carpeting and furniture were very attractive. Staff was great! It saved a harrowing early am drive from Rockville Maryland. I will definitely stay again when I have an early am flight from bowie.”

• There was a young lady who assisted at the breakfast. She went out of her way to make sure everyone had what they needed and showed initiative.
• I asked a member of the cleaning staff a question and she looked at me dumbfounded - attitude!

“For the most part the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. There needs to be more than one waffle maker and the pool and hot tub should open earlier.”

• It did not have a restaurant or room service.

• They offered information about where the "fresh" coffee would be when we catch our 5:00 am bus, terrible coffee!!!

• They had frozen dinner, great because we didn't have a car, and got in late.
• No full service restaurant.

“Very nice rooms, helpful staff, (they gave us good directions to I 95), looked like a nice pool although we did not have time to use it. The beds were very comfortable! The breakfast was very good, I even made myself a fresh waffle!”

• No freezer in the in room refrigerator.

“This was a good comfortable hotel that I would recommend to either business or leisure travelers. The beds were really nice and well equipped with multiple types of pillows which assured a comfortable stay. The arrangement of the room was also nice with a bit of a separation between the sleeping area and other areas. Overall, I liked this hotel.”

• Hallways needed vacuumed as well as part of our room - no soap.

“Excellent location, friendly staff at breakfast. Accommodating for a much-needed late check out. Free wireless Internet a definite plus. However, under the pullout couch, there was much needed vacuuming. In the bathroom, there was one bottle of shampoo/conditioner. - and no soap anywhere to be found - not even with the cleaning staff. I thought that was weird and so did others that were looking for soap. I would stay here again, though. It was a good value for the money spent.”

“Two small critics are like most hotels with a free breakfast only one waffle iron and the heavy curtains would not close all the way and we had a street light coming into our room. I was much better than a higher rated more expensive hotel we had stayed at in the area a few weeks ago.”

• The hotel is minutes from the Baltimore Airport and provides a free shuttle and breakfast.
• Nothing that I can think of.

“The hotel was very nice and clean. I got a great deal on the price, which also included free airport shuttle and breakfast. I stayed there during a 15 hour flight lay-over since it was minutes from the airport. It was definitely a great value.”

• The televisions are in the center of the units so the noise does not disturb neighboring units.
• There are few restaurants nearby.

“Spring hill Suites Baltimore Airport is a comfortable and roomy place to stay that has a good breakfast with several healthy options. Although it is near the airport the planes did not bother us but it was easy to make an early morning flight to the airport.”

• Quiet, Safe, Well arranged, Pleasant staff, breakfast lady extremely friendly.
• I can not think of anything negative about my experience there.

“After we figured out how to get to this location my clients and I enjoyed our stay. The counter personal were every helpful about suggesting a Mexican restaurant. I felt safe at all time in the hotel compound. I especially enjoyed the free internet connection which helped greatly in tracking our remaining trip.”
