“This hotel obviously because of their location and amenities focuses on air travel patrons. Everything was excellent at the hotel. We enjoyed their excellent expanded continental breakfast, used their laundry facilities. All were excellent.”

• The Guest Service Manager was so professional and pleasant from check in to check out it made our stay pleasant.

• Very friendly and helpful staff.
• Jacuzzi broken and teenage lifeguard snotty about it.

“Not much to say. Quick check-in, friendly staff, clean and spacious room. The swimming pool is so small it is a joke- it was too cramped with just 6 people in it, but I suppose that's minor. Continental breakfast didn't start until 7am, so we didn't get to try that, but just having it is a nice option. Overall, a good experience.”

• The continental breakfast was the best I have seen.

“I would definitely stay at this hotel, again. The staff was personable. Greeted you every time. The rooms were big enough for 3 or 4 people to stay. The location was good. Close to where I wanted to go.”

• Beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was very good.
• Housekeeping was not reliable.

“This hotel was very comfortable. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in. It was nice having a continental breakfast. The staff at the front lobby was very nice and helpful. The pool was a bit small and it should be open later than 10, but other than that it was fine.”

• Second shift front desk person extremely active and alert to needs of people.
• Too many folks trying to eat breakfast, most likely timing issue.

• The rooms were great and the staff was very professional.
• Food for breakfast ran out before 10am and all guests should have same opportunity to eat whether it is 7am or 9:45 a.m. disappointed in that.

“No soap in room, 5 hours to get some at 9:30 at night. Shuttle driver left 3 minutes early. Had to wait for next shuttle. Still made plane though.”

• Comfy bed, location, shuttle was super, entire experience was what I want, that is hassle-free.
• No Shampoo.

“It was pleasant, good location, room was nicely appointed, clean, very comfy bed. Plenty of public transportation right outside the door, and the shuttle service was very liberal, taking guests to and from the subway, and area restaurants with a smile. Front desk was unusually attentive, very polite and frequently asking guests if there was anything they needed as guests passed through the lobby. I drive and need to park a commercial vehicle, and I look for hassle free convenience and parking with a level of safety, and found all at this location. As I am in the bus business, I am always around 50 people seated in a bus.”

• Very helpful desk staff. Large functional rooms.
• Convenient by shuttle to airport, far from everything else. No juices at breakfast.

“Very good "overnighter" hotel that's convenient to BWI airport, however very inconvenient to everything else (I guess that's not the hotel's fault). Nice "jr. suite"-like rooms with helpful amenities like iron, refrigerator, sink and couch. The walls were rather thin and I could easily hear the family next door. The breakfast was good with a waffle iron, but there were meager fruit selections and no juices to speak of. Very helpful staff. I asked to switch rooms due to the noisy family and the desk agent was sympathetic and was able to help me out. Over all a good 2.5 star hotel.”

• I was impressed with the layout of the room; I appreciated the proximity to the light rail transit system.
• Well, a steam room would have put them in another class! Also, larger towels would have been appreciated.

• Loved the extent of facilities in the room.
• They did not have a restaurant or room service.

“The rooms are very spacious and include a bedroom, living room area, desk for working and kitchen facilities. All the comforts of home but you dont have to clean up after yourself. I felt I had my complete privacy and was in my own world. Very relaxing. Even went down to sit in the Jacuzzi and read my book. Great place to stay.”

• Very comfortable rooms and beds.
• I didn't like the full length mirror at the end of the king size beds.

“I thought this hotel was very clean, and we really enjoyed our stay. Our only disappointment was that the hot tub and pool were not up to standards. The pool was very cold and the hot tub was broken. Also it is a little un-nerving to have someone "baby-sit" you while you are in the pool.”

• The staff!

“The front desk staff and the van drivers were horrible! Both van drivers didn't offer help with bags at all, me or any other guests! Vie never been to a hotel where they just sat in the drivers seat and did nothing!”

• Breakfast was great, separate living space.
• I wanted 2 double beds and they refused and 1 bed and 1 sleep sofa.

“Newer hotel with nice decor. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Less than 5 minutes to airport with a free shuttle on the half hour. Night staff not well trained and did not give correct info on shuttle, but the hotel is perhaps new so people are still learning. We were very satisfied with our stay.”

• I was tremendously surprised with the quality of the hotel room.
• I was totally impressed with this hotel!

“One of the unique features of this hotel is the "suite" design that separates the sleeping area from the living room area. I was also amazed with the appurtenant accommodations - refrigerator, microwave, free internet, and safe. ”

• Very close to bowie airport with shuttle service for early am flight.
• Unavoidable we caught them while retargeting part of lobby area.

“My daughter and I felt safe in the clean and comfortable room which was just 5 minutes from bowie where she had to be dropped off at 5 am. The upgraded carpeting and furniture were very attractive. Staff was great! It saved a harrowing early am drive from Rockville Maryland. I will definitely stay again when I have an early am flight from bowie.”

• There was a young lady who assisted at the breakfast. She went out of her way to make sure everyone had what they needed and showed initiative.
• I asked a member of the cleaning staff a question and she looked at me dumbfounded - attitude!

“For the most part the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. There needs to be more than one waffle maker and the pool and hot tub should open earlier.”

• They offered information about where the "fresh" coffee would be when we catch our 5:00 am bus, terrible coffee!!!
