• Great location. Right where we wanted to be.
• Hotel staff wasn't as sharp as they have been in the past.

“I stayed here a few times before. At first they gave us a room with only one bed. We're two guys so common sense tells me that the girl at the counter should have asked us how many beds we wanted. So we had to change rooms right away. Overall a good stay.”

• The front desk staff was not especially friendly or helpful.

• Entrance sign to driveway too small, I drove past it and did not see it on the fence.

• The room was clean, my kids loved the pool, and the hotel was close to Hershey and other attractions. Lots of restaurants to choose from.
• The bathroom was small but it was clean and functional.

“The room was nice and spacious. The indoor pool was great and my son loved it. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. It was about 2 min. From Hershey park and close to several restaurants and other attractions. There is even a super Kmart less then a minute up the street in case you forget something at home! I would stay here again. The breakfast was also nice in the morning. Vending machines on each floor. I can't say enough good things about this place.”

• The staff was very nice and friendly. The location near everything and the breakfast very good.
• The pool too much chlorine hurts your eyes.

“I love the location and the friendly staff. They was very helpful and nice with my stay there. The only problem I can say is the pool. It was too much chlorine in the pool which hurt the kids eyes. Also, as you walked in to the pool area the chlorine hits you as soon as you open the door.”

• It was convenient, quiet, and clean.
• We were not able to check in early and front desk clerk a little snippy about the request.

“This hotel is conveniently located to the Hershey attractions. It was clean and quiet, had ducks for the kids to feed, and overall a good experience. They gave us a list of local restaurants with directions to each, which was very helpful. Just don't go hoping to check in early - they were not accommodating about that.”

• There was a heated pool for the kids.
• Breakfast foods ran out quickly and was not replaced or substituted.

“We came from Virginia on spring break. It was cold but we went to Hershey park and had a good time. The location of the hotel was great. We were only minutes from everything. My twins and niece enjoyed the pool. I had two rooms for other relatives that come with me and I felt secure and comfortable there with my family because my husband had to work and did not travel with us. The staff was fantastic. They gave me restaurant guides and anything I needed to make my stay great. I do plan to come back in the summer and I will stay at this establishment. Thank-you.”

• It was clean and very conveniently located to Hershey Park and all of the attractions
• The rooms were just a little cramped

“The location was perfect - conveniently located to all of the attractions (just minutes away). The hotel was clean and the rooms were clean as well. Our room was a little cramped, but I was still happy with it. The free breakfast was great - easy with 2 little ones not having to drag them somewhere for breakfast - and the pool was fun!”

• I liked the heated indoor pool.

• The indoor pool was well kept and rooms were clean continental breakfast excellent.
• The security for the pool area was non-existent and the front desk people were uninterested in trying to get us to stay longer.

“The price we paid for two nights for the accommodations were a very good deal the hotel is ideally located and the indoor pool for the kids was a god sends I would recommend this hotel whole heartedly, just don't expect an overly helpful front desk and you won't be disappointed. Great place overall!”

• Missed the hotel entrance. Didn't notice small sign on fence for hotel¿

• Can't think of anything. Accommodations were excellent.

• The pool design was one of the best we've seen, the holiday decorations were great.
• The staff was very unwilling to help me with resolving their no-pets policy when I showed up with two small dogs.

“This hotel is conveniently located near all Hershey attractions, just 15 minutes from the Pennsylvania capitol and 45 minutes from Gettysburg National park. A generous continental breakfast spread helps travelers start their day -.”

• Very clean. Great continental breakfast and breakfast facility.
• Bed and pillows were uncomfortable for me. Too hard.

“It's the second time we've been to this hotel. We love the location, amenities and price. It has an indoor pool for the kids and a great continental breakfast. The kids got to make their own waffles! Extremely clean and well kept.”

• Front desk was friendly. The lobby was inviting. The pool was very inviting.
• I never received the requested wake up call. No Jacuzzi.

“The front desk and lobby was very inviting...very appreciated by a solo traveler coming in at 9pm after long travels. Breakfast was great good thing because I chose it over a shower. I did not receive the requested wake up call. The hotel has an excellent location with easy access to major highways and attractions.”

• No restaurant.

“A neat clean child friendly hotel. It had an indoor pool open till 11:00 PM and a free continental breakfast. It was not a luxury resort but I would definitely stay there again. It was also convenient to the parks and attractions a lot of eateries supermarket and K mart within walking distance. The attractions were 2 minutes by car.”

• We liked the pool, breakfast and how close it was to Hershey attractions.
• The toilet overflowed.

“The staff was friendly and accommodating The lobby is welcoming with fresh coffee and tea 24 hours a day. The deluxe continental breakfast was pretty good and the pool was extremely enjoyable for families. The room was a good size and clean, however, the toilet overflowed. They fixed it for us but we had to ask for someone to come and clean up the mess. Overall, we thought the hotel was great.”

• The pool was way too chlorinated and smelled.

• The heated indoor pool was the highlight. I had it to myself for an hour.
• No problems. Could have better towels.

• Very Clean - good towels - clean sheets
• No high-speed internet in rooms, no fitness room, bad coffee

“This hotel was nice, although it is loaded with tour buses full of kids, rather noisy. I would still stay here again but only with high speed internet. Having to go to the lobby to do work again with noisy kids is not my idea of a good business stay.”

• The beds were very comfortable"- (as you would expect.)"
• They should have an in house exercise room. The deal with Gold's is not convenient and is even dangerous to jog over to it.
