  • The room was very comfortable and met my needs.

“Staff member is to be commended. I called her from the road and let her know I would be arriving late, however my college student daughter was in Baltimore and needed to get in the room before I arrived. She let her check in to the room ant then I checked in when I arrived. I truly enjoyed my stay here.”

  • Free Internet; comfy pillows; Dock for i phone.
  • 4th time I am here, and 2 times the room reeked of smoke. No safe; $3 water bottles.

“This Holiday Inn is convenient to the airport and local offices. They have all of the basic amenities a business traveler expects; conference rooms, business facilities, bar, restaurant, but the hotel falls in a couple areas. My room reeked of smoke blended with carpet-fresh. This is the second time out of four stays at this hotel that my room reeked of smoke. It appears they don't strongly enforce their non-smoking room policy. That's a frequent problem with budget hotels, and is why I rate this hotel 2.5 stars. Parking is a bit tight too. It feels like they shoehorned a large hotel into a small space.”

  • They should not rent out a room with a malfunctioning deadbolt.

“The deadbolt does not work. They then transferred me another room where the inside lock is missing the counterpart so it does not work. Otherwise the hotel is fine.”

  • Had to switch rooms due to no hot water in first room.

“I was disappointed in the customer service at this hotel. The first room we were in had no hot water in the shower. When we informed the front desk on our way out, they assured us that it would be fixed by the time we came back. When we did come back, we asked first and again they said that it had been fixed. However, it was not. After several complaints, they finally moved us to another room where the remote control for the TV did not work. After all of our trouble, we weren't even offered a free movie, cocktail, nothing.. This was a pretty bad experience.”

“Only charged $5 per day for parking auto during trip-excluded night stayed. Restaurant food was great! Salad was huge and Philly chicken steak to die for! Staff was polite, friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay again pre-flight and take advantage of the parking. It's too bad the pool is outside, but for the money I couldn't have been more pleased.”

  • The new rooms were really nice. Clean and the shower was great!
  • The construction going on at the hotel made it rather clumsy.

“The hotel was under construction, so it looked a bit rundown in some places, but the new room we were in was nicely furnished and clean. The maid service came the first night and cleaned our room spotless, and the staff at the hotel was very friendly. Don't order room service later at night though, as the person I placed the order with was short toned and rude. If you are traveling in the area this place is great, but if you don't plan to rent a car this hotel is not extremely close to downtown Baltimore.”

“I was unable to connect to the wireless network. I tried to use the business center, and the connect was so slow that I left after 15 minutes. Also, the hotel stated that I reserved a queen room. My room had a full size bed. Since I was traveling alone, it was not a bother.”

  • Carpets smells, halls smells like cigarette, and looks dirty.

“The hotel was under construction. The whole floor we stayed in smelled like cigarette. It was dark. I couldn’t sleep at all because there is no way to control the AC. It turns on and off automatically every 3-4 minutes making a lot of noise.”

  • Convenient location to BWI Airport as well as free shuttle service to BWI.
  • Our room did not have cold running water.

“Great room except for our room not having cold running water. Could also hear the bathroom use of the upstairs hotel guests! Nice friendly staff as well as very close to BWI. I'd stay here again if I had an early flight from BWI.”

  • Excellent customer service. The shuttle driver was wonderful. The front desk staff was fantastic and my waitress for breakfast was super friendly.

“The overall vibe of the hotel was dated and in need of upgrading, although the hotel had signs posted everywhere that they were going to start renovating it very soon. All I needed was a comfortable bed close to the airport, and it certainly fulfilled that need.”

  • It was conveniently located.
  • THe rooms were not well kept and did not look clean. The air conditioner squealed all night.

“This hotel does not meet my perceived standard for Holiday Inns and for the star rating that it received. The rooms were not well kept, the bathrooms showed mildew and were in need of repair. The air conditioning squeeled all night and was very loud when the compressor turned on. No a very pleasant experience and not what I would normally expect from this category of hotels.”

“This hotel looked like a 3 star but had no amenities so it felt like a budget hotel. They charged for extras like cribs and microwaves that are complimentary in many 2.5 to 3 star hotels. Definitely not the place to stay for guest with children or special needs.”

  • Location a bit far from downtown Baltimore.

“This hotel is great for those airport-bound business travelers. They have a great business center for printing along with a printer in the lobby for boarding passes. As a leisure traveler, it was a bit outside of the Inner Harbor, but really only 15 minutes which is certainly manageable. The staff was extra friendly. I arrived at noon since I was in the area and to verify my room. They offered me to check in early, accommodated for my room requests, and even let me use the lobby for internet without checking in. The rooms were very clean and well presented. Not much for kids here, but great for adult travelers.”

“Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Lobby seems fine, but hallways and rooms have a tired, worn-out appearance. My room smelled kind of funny -sort of a moldy smell that one gets used to after a few minutes. I only ate breakfast at the hotel restaurant, and while the server was very friendly the food was mediocre at best.”

  • Snow white linen on the bed and in the bathroom. Friendly staff was very helpful and courteous, very professional.
  • The only negative thing I can come up with is that both washers and dryers were on the blink other than that I enjoyed my trip.

“Close to freeways gas station, good food. I would recommend others to stay there. They will be renovating starting this fall, can't wait to see the new and improved.”
