• Bed was so comfortable, rooms were beautiful. Whole hotel was beautiful.
• No outdoor pool.

“Would definitely stay again. Beautiful hotel. Great extras like cook to order breakfast and buffet free every morning. Convenient to Marc train.”

• Near airport with shuttle.
• Ants on bed had to move room.

“Of all the Embassy Suites I have visited, this was the worst. Front desk staff disinterested in guests and I had to move rooms due to ants on the bed.”

• I liked the overall feel of the hotel it, the scenery was very soothing and made me feel at home away from home.
• I did not like how the housekeeper kept knocking on the door as if she was trying to rush us out before checkout time on our last day at the hotel.

“I really enjoyed my stay at Embassy Suites. The staff were very polite and helpful during our stay. The atmosphere was very soothing and comfortable. The hotel including our suite was very clean. I must say that I loved the layout of the hotel. Our trip was very peaceful! The only problem that we had with our trip was the housekeeper in a rush to get us out of the hotel on our last day there prior to checkout. Aside from that I must say thumbs up Embassy Suites!!”

• The complimentary breakfast had excellent food and the complimentary happy hour was an added treat.
• They don't make customers aware that there is a pool.

“The hotel exceeded expectations. The staff were friendly and there to assist patrons. The room itself was very attractive, big and very clean. Even though there was a group of high school lacrosse players staying at the hotel for some event, the room still seemed relatively quiet. The complimentary breakfast was great, as it served a great array of items. I will warn though, it does get busy towards the end, so get there early. The complimentary happy hour was a very welcome bonus to our stay. All-in-all, I had an excellent experience at the embassy suites, I definitely recommend it.”

• Exceptional full breakfast buffet.
• For the price, I should not be charged in room internet service.

“Overall, this was an exceptional place: close to the airport, extremely friendly staff, service, and amenities. The welcome cocktail reception was a nice touch. The one drawback was a service charge to use wireless in my room.”

• Most importantly the morning breakfast. Secondly--evening happy hour.
• Nothing noted just keep up what you are already doing.
