• Great price for a wonderful room with a super breakfast
• Needs more elevators for amount of traffic

“The hotel was wonderful, with amenities that are not found at hotels with higher star ratings. The price was very reasonable, especially considering an indoor pool, frig and microwave, suite rooms, and a healthy filling continental breakfast. We would definitely consider staying here again and would use priceline again.”

“The hotel as usual was what we expected. However, this time our room was a smaller room and the hotel maid service was very poor - they did not take out the garbage, they did not make one of the beds, and they took the coffee pot. We usually stay there when we go to Williamsburg and have in the past been very satisfied.”

• Very nice rooms and pool. Beds were comfortable and pool always had extra towels.
• The breakfast was nice, but didn't provide enough food for all guest staying at hotel.

“Overall I really liked the hotel. The beds were comfortable, check out time was great(12pm), pool was very nice and always stocked with towels. The room was great size and very clean. The breakfast had a lot of different choices, but the food was not stocked for how many guest were staying there, it ran out fast. When ask to bring out more food, the person over the breakfast wasn't very nice or fast.”

• The room was pretty and inviting.
• The desk was not staffed well. We had to wait for someone to come every time we went there.

• The clean up crew constantly knocked on the door before it was check out!

• The toilet seat fell off and bathroom seems unstable.

“This is exactly the type of hotel we wanted to stay in. It was relatively close to Busch Gardens which is were we went that next day. The hotel room size was extremely large, and had many excellent features. The indoor pool and hot tub were a nice treat, and it remained uncrowned the entire duration of our trip. The hotel staff was great and even recommended a very good place to eat. Overall, great experience, would recommend.

• All the rooms were suites with extra sitting areas.
• Small indoor pool, and at the time the hot tub not working.

• The size of the room was awesome. Why pay more money when this hotel met all expectations.

“Loved the overall size of the room, breakfast buffet was much better than other hotels. Room was big enough to hand two families with no problem. Very satisfied with the price of the room. Would definitely stay there again. P.S. Centrally located to amusement parks as well.”

• Dirty, lazy housekeeping.

“The hotel was in a great location. Upon arrival I was told that I had a king room. I stated that we needed 2 queen beds as we were traveling with children. Front desk told me that nothing could be changed. We felt we could live with it for the night but when we opened the sofa to make the bed for the kids. The staff changed the mattress. Then we went to get into bed and we found hair in the sheets. My daughter also fell off the loose toilet seat and bruised her leg. There was mold in the tub. The refrigerator had such a terrible smell in it we could not use it. The hotel was just not what you would expect from Marriott. It was more in line with a Motel 6 which I would never stay in.”

• The pool appeared to be dirty and the spa did not work.

“Overall, a great experience. Convenient central location, plenty of space in the room and nice amenities. Breakfast was rather chaotic on busy mornings and occasionally had to wait for coffee or other items but other than that, it was great.”

• The bed was clean, fresh and completely dreamy.

“This was the best room I have ever stayed in. I have been traveling for 30 years, and the bed I slept in was the most comfortable ever! I have extreme allergies, and the room was so clean and odor free that I was completely comfortable. The staff was great. The wake up call was right on time. The internet access was superb. I have never written a review before, but I felt compelled to honor such a great experience. I was traveling with a school group and the students all raved about how nice their room was. We all stayed on the third floor. We were treated extremely well.”

“We attempted to check in at 4 pm, very rudely informed it would be at least 5 before we could check in. the "manager" was NOT in the least bit pleasant. "Heated" pool was broken; breakfast was chaotic, as staff was not prepared at all.”

• Sticky spots on carpet, breakfast good and bad.

“First of all, we went in March the week before spring break in that area. The room was very spacious. Our group included my spouse and I, and four children, oldest is 9yr. So 3 beds was great. The breakfast was good other than the eggs, which were fake and gross. However, they did have boiled eggs, which was fine with me. Waffles and biscuits were great, coffee was good, had plenty of variety in breakfast foods. Pool was a decent size. It never seemed overcrowded. The beds were very comfortable, but there were some sticky spots on the carpet that were really annoying. Other than that, very happy with stay and would def return.”

• Location. It was close to restaurants and all the attractions.
• TV. One didn't even work in our room and only few channels.

“It was a way more than we expected. The room was big and clean, the staffs were very nice. They need to update TVs in the rooms and cable option, and maybe arrange group guest's breakfast time so it won't get too jammed at one time. We had to stand around for available table. Other than that, it was a excellent hotel.”

• Rooms spacious, indoor pool, good free breakfast.
• Shower drain was clogged in our room so it didn't drain.

“Very comfortable experience at this hotel. The clogged bath drain in our room was really the only negative. They also had a guy in colonial garb entertaining people at breakfast when we were there. A nice little extra touch.”

• Nothing I didn't like it was a perfect experience.

“One thing I find offensive at many hotels would be the room odor. This room had no odor, was very quiet. Was set up very nice. The area for the buffet breakfast was neat, clean and appealing. The food on the breakfast was one of the nicest I have encountered at a property. The staff at the breakfast was attentive and pleasant. No complaints on this property. They did everything just right.”

• Need weights or weight machines in fitness room.

• I could not believe how nice, clean and modern it was for the price!
• Absolutely Nothing!

“I did not want to pay a lot b/c I didn't plan on being in the room that often. I believe this hotel was rated 2 stars, so I honestly was expecting a 'not so nice' place. I was so very pleasantly surprised to arrive at Springhill Suites. It was a beautiful hotel, nice rooms, very clean and had a pool and dining area. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!”

• I liked the beds in the room. It was so comfortable!
• I expected that rooms have place to cook.

“Overall, the hotel was excellent. Beds were so comfortable. It was nice that room was cooling itself while my family was out for attractions, and when we got back to hotel it was pleasingly great. But I expected the rooms have place to cook. The rooms don't have any dishes, spoons, forks, knives; except for cups (we brought some food that we had to cook). Everything else was great including high speed internet, many of TV channels, and room air temperature. I recommend this hotel if you are traveling with your family, with your young children.”
