• The price & location met our expectations.
• The night clerk needs more training in procedures.

“The hotel was fine and easy to locate. We arrived after minister and the night clerk was in not in a uniform. Given the hour we overlooked that matter however the next night we had a billing matter that is still under review. Our room however was what we expected and comfortable. For a business traveler or a couple looking to save this property is an excellent choice.”

• Refrigerator.
• Room filthy.

“Trash from prior guest left, hair in bed, sticker on sheets that was not removed from laundry. Not a good experience for location and rate paid.”

• Some shady people loitering around the lobby.

• Lowest priced hotel in the area.
• Dirtiest hotel in the area.

“Bags of trash from the rooms have been piling up in the stairwells for the past five days. It smells bad. I found a cockroach in my bathroom this morning. The pile of dust under the treadmill in the exercise room is about an inch deep, I do not think it is ever been vacuumed. From the outside the hotel appears clean. But inside is anything but clean.”

• I left and went to another hotel.
• I was given the wrong room and went to another hotel.

“I left and went to another hotel the desk clerk was rude the hotel reeked of urine the room was dirty and it was the wrong size the whole experience was bad drop them from your database now.”
