• Great location! Easy to get to shopping, highway, etc.
• Hotel staff at check in was not very professional.

“The hotel was very clean and had nice amenities. With small children on vacation, it was wonderful as the rooms stayed very dark in the morning and allowed for maximum sleeping time. However, the staff seemed either unwilling or unable to help with minor requests and were not very friendly. Would stay again due to quality of hotel itself.”

• Not much, very unaccomodating to guests
• Had 4 people in a room with 1 small bed.

• They had a very nice breakfast buffet although it was extra.
• I would have preferred to not have a room for handicapped.

“Excellent quality. Very clean. Friendly staff. Good restaurant next door. A little hard to find.
Convenient to major interstates.”

• Everyone was polite, the room was on the end and it was quiet. Fantastic Experience.
• The hotel was farther away from everything then I expected.

“I had a great vacation, the room was clean and smoke free. Every employee was polite, helpful and knowledgeable.”

• The pool & the hot tub
• The heater kept clankin on and off all night, waking me

“It works. It's a little farther out from Columbia than I'd like, the restaurant is not all that good. ”

“Our family was VERY pleased with the Columbia, MD Marriott Courtyard facilities. VERY clean, quiet -- would highly recommend to those visiting Columbia, MD!”
