• Deluxe is the best of the extended stay family of hotels.
• No housekeeping service for my entire stay of 4 nights.

• No coffee service on weekends.

“Relatively small suite room. No breakfast on weekends. Close to Columbia, MD where I needed to be at a reasonable price.”

• Room smell like cigarettes, fire alarm went off at 1 am.

“Room smell like cigarettes and there was no offer to change the room. Good for the price. Dont expect a lot of service but does its job.”

• Unfortunately there's not much to say.
• I was highly unconvinced from check in time until check out time. The most unfriendliness and rudest staff I ever encountered.

“Upon checking in the person very unfriendly and assigned me to a room where the bed wasn't made and some else's belongings were inside and the 2nd room I switched to had some things in the refrigerator. There was a bug in the bathroom. I was informed the following day at check in about phone call charges in which some calls didn't go thru and was never reimbursed. Ask to change rooms because there was a bug in bathroom and stay hollered at me and told to go to my room or else they would call the cops. Staff member stole sometime from me and wouldn't have been returned if I never asked the staff about it.”

• Spider Webs in the room corners.

“The hotel was nice and the room was very well organized. The only problem with the room was that it had spider webs in corners. I assume it was because it had not been occupied in the last few weeks/months. The location was awesome!”

“Our suite was small but clean, well decorated, convenient safe location, and the breakfast was excellent. I would stay there again without hesitation.”

• Front desk staff was very helpful and understandable about billing my credit card for the room.
• The bathroom shower walls were not very clean and the shower curtain needed to be cleaned too.

“Overall, the room was fine for what I was there for and I would probably stay again with extended stay deluxe hotel.”

• Conveniently located, friendly staff, large rooms.
• Trash all over the ground by the back door due to overflowing trash can.

“It was a nice place to stay had everything we needed conveniently located, clean, staff was friendly. We had some trouble finding it but when we called not once but twice the attendant was patience and guided us there. All it lacked or I didn't find was and ice machine. Will stay there again and we are looking to find one in the area for our vacation there.”

• Friendly staff, convenient to shopping and restaurants.
• No sinage on Snowden.

• Breakfast buffet did not open until 7 AM.

“This hotel is not set up to meet the needs of a business traveler. Front desk and breakfast bar open at 7 AM. No chair in room to sit in. No shampoo in bathroom.”

• Disorganized, short staffed, loud guests.
• The power went off so they couldn't give me a room key!

“This place was miserable. Loud guests, a key maker that didn't work all weekend so I had to WAIT to be let in and then led to my room! Only one person to do that, check people in an answer phones. MISERABLE. Don't stay there.”

• Location.
• Not clean, noise from kids running around, room issues.

“Staff unhappy. Really no rooms were available upon check in. Found two room not cleaned during entire stay, kids left running around after midnight without staff action. Lobby and breakfast area always dirty (food on floor etc). not recommended.”

“Could be a nice property, but suffers from poor housekeeping. My room was missing some items, bathroom was dirty, etc. Complimentary breakfast is mediocre. I wouldn't want to stay here again.”

• The room was spacious and comfortable.
• My room had a colony of red ants on the wall.

“The hotel was super! My only problem was room 320had an ant problem. When I reported the ant situation to the front desk, they promptly issued me another room.”

“Very nice hotel for a 2 star catagory. Room had a full kitchen, plenty of towels in the bath and was well lighted. Only complaint was some teenagers making lots of noise in the hallway-called the front desk & someone came up to speak to the boy's within a few minutes. Free breakfast was ok- nothing too elaborate.”

• Not responsive to the "short stay" customer.

“There was no shampoo in the room, but a hair dryer was avaialable?!?!?Staff not responsive. When I checked in, I was told there was a complimentary breakfast from 6:30 to 9:30 am. I arrived at the breakfast area at 6:45 am to find no breakfast and only decaf coffee in the coffee machine. The front desk clerk was not helpful and just shrugged his shoulders, and said, "no one is here yet." Finally a woman came and made coffee at 7:10 am. When asked about the rest of the breakfast she explained she had been asked to make the coffee because she was the first one in, but is not responsible for the breakfast. Needless to say, I left the hotel without breakfast.Also, the walls of the hotel are so thin that I could hear the alarm clock of the room across the hall, which went off continuously from 5 am on.I would not stay at this location again!”

• The bed was extremely uncomfortable and much smaller then the advertised "Queen sized bed"

“Overall I was not pleased with the value I recieved from this hotel. For the amount of money I paid for this room I expected much more then what I got. I stay in hotels 3 or 4 times a month and for the price I paid here I got much more in terms of quailty and comfrot from competitng hotels. This was my first and LAST trip to exstendedstay america hotels.”

“The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They even tried to get our room ready before the normal time, as we had senior citizens who wanted to rest. The breakfast buffet was good and offered more than your standard fair. I'd stay again.”

“The hotel was clean and satisfactory for a 2.5 star hotel, although I think perhaps 2 star would be more appropriate. However, I encountered one problem while there: the hotel telephone system was treating my local modem calls as long distance.”
