- It was a good price and conveniently located.
- The restaurant closed rather early and there was no where to dine late.
“The hotel is old but was kept very nicely. The rooms were nice, the location is good and the pool looked nice even though I didn't have time to use it. There was also free internet access which is a plus! I had lunch with my stepdaughter at the restaurant the next day and it was very nice.”

- The swimming pool temp was at 88 degrees and was a great location to the highways.
- No continental breakfast available and we had to leave before the restraunt opened.

- Front Desk Staff was helpful.
- The Hotel Rooms were not in line with the Brand name for this hotel.
“The room that they picked for us was worst then we could have got anywhere else. There was no phone connection enables even for room to room contact or to contact front desk also. Overall the experience was pathetic.”

- It was fairly quiet, though I think it was due to the fact it was an off weekend.
- The room I got was next to the elevators and the door had a 1 space underneath.
“The hotel lobby is first class but the room I had was not up to par with some of the other Hiltons I've stayed at. I didn't find the furniture to be beyond that of a Holiday Inn.”

- Wonderfully helpful and really understand customer service.
- Flies, spiders, rats on the beds where you know the sheets haven't been changed, and an unhelpful general manager do not make for a positive experience.
“We experienced no ice melter on the sidewalks and parking lots (resulting in a slip and sprained ankle for one of us), flies (alive and dead) in our hotel rooms, a rat that had to be chased out of a hotel room, numerous spiders, dirty cups and plates every morning in Morgan's Restaurant despite bringing this to the attention of the hotel staff, dirty bathtubs with moldy caulking and ring around the tub, and shower faucets separating from the wall showing exposed pipes. Perhaps the worst was the one member of our group who went in the hot tub one night for an hour with a friend and had her swim wear dyed from dark purple to light pink as a result of the high levels of chlorine. Both she and her friend smelled chlorine on their skin for days afterward and her skin turned bright red from the irritation. The hotel offered to pay half the cost of a very expensive suit (she declined) and then proceeded to turn the case over to insurance. At present time, hotel insurance is attempting to deny the claim because they do not want to admit negligence (despite clear evidence they are at fault) and the trip is already over. I would not recommend this hotel at all. It is unhygienic and senior hotel management does not understand the meaning of customer service and the customer is always right!”

- Difficult to find due to out of the way location and poor signs.
“Although the decor and professional staff showed the hotel to be upscale and fancy. My rowdy young children and I were made to feel right at home. The glass elevator particularly intrigued the kids. The indoor pool, although unremarkable, was a decent size and temperature for family swimming. Overall convenient and restful. Call for specific instructions on locating the hotel, which is in an out of the way area with very small signs.”

- The staff did everything to accommodate our special needs.
“We were very excited to finally stay at a Hilton hotel. This one exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff went above and beyond what was expected anytime their services were needed. Specifically, my friend and I had left the hotel briefly Sat. evening to pick up dinner for the children. While out, we were the victims of a hit and run automobile accident where we were taken to the hospital. Upon returning in the very early hours to the hotel, we had to request a cot for an additional and unexpected guest. The hotel was out of them as they were completely booked. However, moments after returning to our room, there was a knock at the door and someone delivering an extra bed! I cannot even begin to tell you how much this meant to us and what an impression it made on us of the helpful staff at Hilton!”

- Friendliness and knowledge ability of the front desk staff.
- Every meal eaten, whether in the restaurant or room was poorly prepared, especially for the price.
“The hallways reeked of cigarette ashes as the maids went about their duties, most unpleasant. The lamps in the lobby appeared to not have been dusted since the hotel opened. The restaurant staff was curt and overwhelmed. I was served unripe avocado on a room service sandwich. For those not familiar, unripe avocado is like eating a tennis ball without the fuzz.”

- The lobby was dominated by a party over run with children that raised terror throughout the hotel.
“The hotel staff is aggressively friendly where it seems the focus is more on winning a popularity contest than providing professional service. The printer in the business center did not work and there was no one on staff on a Saturday evening to fix it. Many business travelers are on a 24-7 schedule and require full-time access to the business basics.”

- Excellent beds, loved the 3 choices of pillows available, great service.
- Did not like the view on the inside rooms, dark, dreary.
“This hotel is a good business traveler hotel - free wireless internet, VPN support, very comfortable beds, high quality restaurant. Pool and gym facilities were adequate. The only issue I had was having a room with a view in the atrium. It was dark, there no natural sunlight, so if you had to work in the room for extended times, it was depressing.”

“The motel was located close to where I needed to be and also not far from the airport (20 minutes drive to BWI). The lobby & restaurant were very attractive & roomy. The room seemed fresh and clean, however I was very disappointed about the bathroom floor--It was sticky, with accumulated grime from insufficient cleaning. I expected more from a 3-star motel! However other than that I was pleased and will probably stay there again.”

- Great hotel location and bargain.
- Restaurant food was awful and overpriced. Wait staff seemed inconvenienced to serve us.
“Have stayed here several times. If you avoid the restaurant, you'll be fine.”
