• Wireless internet in the lobby, ethernet cable provided in the room. Quiet and clean.
• Slightly more expensive due to remote location. King room is larger than 2 double bedroom.

“The only other hotel in Waterloo is the Microtel. It is more spacious and cozy. Beds are very comfortable.”

• The water bottles, and cleanliness and presentation of the sleeping area.
• Hairs in the tub!

• Convenient to my son's college and the wine country tours.
• Tub drain was very slow. Used coffee packet left in coffee pot. Never cleaned.

“It was fine for a over night short stay when nothing else is available, especially, when one has to drive a son to college over labor day week end along with hundreds of other parents.”

• Friendly staff. Enjoyed the pool & tennis court. No sound from adjoining rooms.
• No fridge or microwave in room. Hallway noise was loud.

“It was a nice place but was not worth the price. Continental breakfast would have been nice. Very conveniently located to the outlet stores. Easy to find. No express check-out.”

• Very convenient to area visiting, layout of premises was good.
• Friday night was a bit noisy in hallways until midnight.

“This was a nice facility. It was clean, had nice a friendly and helpful staff, and served a nice breakfast buffet (all items fresh and temperatures correct. Pool, fitness, and other recreational areas were clean and stocked with necessary provisions (towels, cups, etc.). I would without hesitation stay at this hotel again when visiting the Seneca falls area.”

• They had a fantastic swimming pool for small children. My older child and I also enjoyed the tennis courts.
• I have to stretch to find something bad - they did not have an elliptical in the fitness room but did have plenty of other equipments.

“This hotel was wonderful. The room was clean and spacious. The fitness center also had a sauna and whirlpool. The heated swimming pool had a toddler section that covered the entire width of the pool. It was walled off separately from the rest of the pool and was 2-2.5 ft deep. Our three-year old loved it!”

• Fitness room and Jacuzzi.
• No coffee in the lobby in the morning.

“If found the people at the desk overly friendly and the hotel very clean and what we expected. We will plan to stay there again in the future.”

• The staff was very friendly and helpful.
• The shower was not cleaned and there were aunts on the bathroom floor.

• Friendly staff. Easy parking. Restaurant on premises. Free Internet access.
• Poor quality linens. Room looked like it was furnished in the '70's. Smelly.

“Friendly staff, convenient restaurant on premises, and free Internet access in the room; but the room itself was in need of a makeover, and the bedding and linens were poor quality. Seemed more like a 1 star hotel to me.”

• The location.
• Room was filthy-never swept the hallway-carpet in dining filthy.

“Service was poor- the people were not friendly- carpets were disgusting in the hallway, rooms, and especially the dining area. (heritage cafe) soup in the cafe was sour. Food was very late being served-waitress unfriendly-at 7:00 pm we were at dinner & found a breakfast plate with syrup on the window sill beside our table. Just awful!”

• Clean. Bright. Appears new. Good beds. Food excellent. Large, well lit parking lot.
• 4 miles off the interstate.

• 24 hr fitness center and spa.
• Thin walls, dirty floors-hair, toe nail clippings, etc., transferred to different room still dirty.

“Convenient location, no continental breakfast, slack on room cleaning, front staff attempted to be accommodating, but didn't help.”

• Great location, close to outlet shopping, a Wal-Mart and a McDonalds
• Our room service meal was not the greatest--very salty Caesar salad.

“Good location--easy to find from the highway, but far enough away to not hear it. There's a McDonalds right next door, as well as a Wal-Mart and some other shops. Outlet shopping is a 10 minute drive from the hotel. The staff at check-in were very friendly. Room service was prompt, but the food could have been better. The Caesar salad was very salty.”
