“Overall great hotel and exceptional accommodation for the price.” Jun 20, 2009 by

“Our room was above the ballroom, music played so loud, our floor shook late into the night. Shower didn't drain properly, which they did fix the second day. Room was hot, muggy, and the AC set so it would not cool down. Brunch buffet was sub par, overcooked food that had sat too long, other items were empty and never replaced. No service to speak of. Our room (regular with two beds) had the look of an old Holiday Inn. Not what I was expecting from a four star resort.” Jun 11, 2009 by

“Super location close to everything but far from hustle & bustle of route 40. Close to everything ! Superior location. Staff was exceptional! Only thing I could point out was very minor maintenance such as the odd wall paper seam joint showing. Gift shop was open but not staffed , again it was Sunday and it is adjacent to the front desk.” Jan 4, 2009 by

“The first time I came to Turf Valley with my husband, it was midsummer and the turf landscape was beautiful. The atmosphere was great, staff was all pleasant. There were 4 weddings taking place in the ballrooms and I was able to get a peak to check them out myself. The rooms were absolutely beautiful and the setups were great. I had a brief conversation with the manager at Alexandra's Restaurant and was really glad to know that her staff made sure I had a great time. Recently, we went back to the resort for the holidays and it was significantly quieter, but the atmosphere was still pleasant and my stay was again rewarding. Our couple's massage was fantastic. In regards to some criticism, I agree that the front lobby seating could be upgraded. Also, the heating did not turn on as quickly, and it was about 20 minutes after I checked in that I was comfortable with the room temperature. Other than that, I was very pleased with the resort!” Nov 1, 2008 by

“Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. So much to do inside the building I was never bored. Food was awesome. Beds were nice and comfortable. Would Definitely come back to stay here!” Oct 26, 2008 by

“I think this hotel is beautiful! We stayed for a weekend and the newly renovated rooms were AMAZING! The bed was so plush and comfortable. The room service was spectacular and the people at the front desk were so helpful, but the best part of our stay was our dining experience at Alexandra's. The staff was so warm and welcoming! The food was out of this world and the management team seemed to be on top of their game, it was very refreshing to stay in a hotel with such classy standards! We will be back! I can't wait to have the lamb and cream of crab soup again” Oct 16, 2008 by

“This hotel was everything we expected and more.” Aug 11, 2008 by

“Have stayed in them before & would stay in them again. The AC blows directly on the bed so I am sleeping in an icy draft. The bed is uncomfortable. 2 stars at best.” Jul 29, 2008 by
Dan from Warminster, PA
“Very nice place.” Jul 2, 2008 by
Lena from Lavale, MD
“The lobby was aesthetically pleasing, lots of comfy chairs strewn some of the side areas for relaxing. The room was nice, although it was right next to the vending machine/ice area, but I didn't notice an excessive amount of traffic or noise. The beds were extremely comfy, and there were plenty of blankets even though it was summer, so no worries about being cold. Everything was nice except the shower area. The rest of the bathroom was even pretty nice. But I've seen nicer showers in Holiday Inns.” Feb 24, 2007 by

“Gorgeous, new, spotless, delicious and friendly; met all my expectations!” Jul 22, 2006 by

“I would stay here again. I LOVED the room, lobby, convenience and setting. Only thing was the breakfast buffet (only choice) was something like $14.95 and the food was only adequate.” Hotel Representatives:
