• Everything.

“This was the worst! We will never go back. We have a newborn and a 2 year old and our house had a flood so long story short we ended up there. Big mistake! Our room was disgusting and the bathroom was filthy! I told the front desk they would not even change our room so we left. Day Inn in Westminster is the worst hotel we have ever been to and we will never go to another Days Inn again!”

• People were friendly and it was clean. The continental breakfast was very good and kept refilled and clean.
• The walls could be thicker, could hear the people next room.

“We had a nice stay. The pool was very nice and the overall appearance was clean. The breakfast was plentiful and the selection was quite good. The location was excellent for us because we traveled to different states while staying in one hotel. We enjoyed ourselves and our stay. The clerks were very nice and knew there jobs well.”

• Everyone was friendly and always there to answer questions and would talk like they knew you all your life.
• I would like to see them have a full size restaurant. They have a breakfast room which was very nice.

“Westminster, MD. Is my home town. I had not been back there for 31 years. Westminster days inn really made my stay a pleasant one. My room was comfortable and bright and cheery. The staff was friendly and everyone had a smile for you and made you feel welcome. I stayed there for 14 days and nights. I would select them again on a return visit.”

• Nice people location was great and room was outstanding.

“Would stay at this location again if I needed to return. Gave me early check-in as I was there for a funeral.”

• Clean, comfortable, conveniently located.
• Like most properties in Westminster, it is overpriced for its location.

“For a comparable price, you can get a nice room in downtown Baltimore or Washington DC. Unfortunately, it is not unique to the day's inn, and this delusion of grandeur applies equally to the other comparable hotels in the area.”

• Construction workers working out of town. The hotel was clean and the rooms were accessible without going through the lobby.
• The room service was lacking and the toiletries were not good.

“This hotel was ok for working out of but I would not use it for a vacation stop.”

• Response to complaint about trucks.

“Allowed abs tree service to run their noisy and smelly diesel trucks right outside our window. I don't understand why they let that continue. I know that they rented many rooms for several days, but it is just common courtesy not to do what they did. It was disheartening to realize that individuals of abs tree service could be so disrespectful, and that the hotel staff would do nothing about it.”
