• Location.
• Toilet was clogged when we got to the room.

“Excellent location with helpful staff. Dupont Grill was great and connected to the hotel. According to the front desk, the check in time was incorrect and actual check in time was at 3:00 pm. Room was small and the toilet was clogged. Cracks in the paint and we had to call house keeping one day at 4:00 pm to ask to have the room made up because they hadn't come. Also the hotel is in the middle of being remodeled.”

• Most certainly the location.
• The air conditioning was too loud.

“A great hotel if you want to be near the metro. Very convenient to all the great sights of D. C. Fun, young neighborhood!”
