Lenny from Grand Rapids,MI “Embassy Suites are always a good value. It's not plush but very comfortable, clean and we try to take advantage of the manager's reception and great breakfast whenever we can.” Jul 2, 2009 by
Michael from Raleigh,NC
“The hotel and staff were excellent. The cook-to-order breakfast and buffet was top rate.” Mar 19, 2009 by

“Very clean and nice with bonus of free cooked to order breakfast and evening cocktail hour.” Jul 12, 2008 by

“This was a great hotel. It was clean, very attractive, and has a gorgeous 7 or 8 story atrium in which they serve free breakfast every morning and free cocktails in the evenings. It's also very convenient to both the Foggy Bottom and Dupont Circle metro stops. We were able to walk to most tourist attractions, and hop on the metro to get to the rest.” Jul 8, 2008 by
Jeff from Cedarburg, WY
“Good place to stay in DC with kids. Safe, clean, comfortable. Having breakfast and evening snacks (and drinks for adults) bundled into the price is an advantage. It is a bit a walk to the Metro stations in either direction getting to the Metro and riding to stops at the tourist sites added about a half-hour of travel in each direction. Staff was friendly & helpful.” May 28, 2008 by
Dale from Talbott, TN
“The Embassy Suites Hotel met all our expectations. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Breakfast bar with omelet station a real plus for saving money on food. Conveniently located across from Old Town Trolley pick-up (you can also buy tickets at the hotel gift shop) and only blocks from Metro station. Only complaint is that you have to pay for parking in a garage owned by the hotel that only hotel guests can park at. This is just an added expense that makes the hotel extra money.” Jan 27, 2008 by
Steve from Huntsville, AL
“I will stay there again.” Nov 28, 2007 by
Arlyne from Jackson Heights, NY
“Embassy Suites conveniently located in residential Dupont Circle is a family friendly hotel with many amenities.” Oct 6, 2007 by
Rita from Minneapolis, MN
“Very clean, large room conveniently located near many restaurants and metro stops. Near enough to the sites to walk if so inclined. Very safe neighborhood, stress on the word neighborhood.” Aug 26, 2007 by
Linda from Uhrichsville, OH
“Very nice facility, great location, excellent staff and superb amenities. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, the rooms were nicely appointed and comfortable and the manager's evening reception was a welcome time to relax after a busy day. Overall, an excellent travel experience.” Jun 1, 2007 by
Hilda from Kenmore, NY
“Me and my family (2 younger children ages 8 and 10) came down over memorial weekend and stayed 3 nights! This was the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in! Everything was exceptional! Beautiful open lobby area, big, clean rooms- wonderful hot breakfast and great afternoon cocktail reception! Only 2 comments: pool is small for a hotel this size and the walk to the metro are a bit of a hike for kids. Much easier/nicer walk to the Dupont circle station. Highly recommend this hotel.” May 31, 2007 by
Ann from New York, NY
“Great for families, but even as a parent, I could see how annoying and noisy the public spaces could be for a childless traveler. A pool, a free breakfast, an easy walk to the Metro, and movies at night for the kids on the mezzanine made the hotel almost as attractive to the kids as the city itself.” May 31, 2007 by
Mario from East Elmhurst, NY
“I'll go back.” Apr 22, 2007 by
Steve from Belfast, ME
“This hotel is a good choice for either business travelers or vacationing families. The staff is friendly and attentive. The breakfast is ok (although the dishes need better washing) and the hotel restaurant is quite good.” Mar 29, 2006 by
Yvonne from Fayette City, PA
“The hotel was neat and clean. The location central to everything and close to the Metro. The best part of all was the staff. They were all very friendly and efficient!” Mar 9, 2006 by
David from Los Angeles, CA
“Building was probably build in the early 90's so its not worn down like some hotels in Washington, DC. You get a living room and a bedroom. My room had a high definition television. Business center, breakfast and cocktail hours are free. Overall a good value.” Hotel Representatives:
