“The Fairmont is conveniently located in foggy bottom easy walking distance to Georgetown, Dupont circle and the white house. The lounge is relaxing with live piano music in the evenings. The only downside was that we had chosen this hotel based on the fact that it had it own indoor pool, but the pool was scheduled for maintenance over the new year holiday and did not open until the 2nd. And, although this hotel has a spa/pool partnership with the Ritz, their pool was closed on the 31st/1st as well.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Jun 2, 2006 by

“I liked the location of the hotel with easy access to the Metro and walking distance to Georgetown. The hotel staff were very friendly and service-oriented. The hotel common rooms were extremely attractive and a nice place to relax after a full day of sight-seeing.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Apr 19, 2006 by

“This was a fantastic hotel. We were very happy with the staff and the service. The Juniper is also a terrific classy restaurant. ” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Apr 18, 2006 by

“There is little to say except that I was extremely pleased with the hotel. The staff was both friendly and courteous and the room impeccable. About my only regret was not being able to enjoy the fitness center due to my short stay.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Hotel Representatives:
