- Comfy beds! Friendly staff.
- Charge for internet access.
“We stayed at this hotel at the end of our trip and they by far had the most comfortable beds. Good sized bath towels. Friendly shuttle driver and staff. Very helpful. Don't like having to pay for internet access. Something like $13 per night.”

- When a room had room service the dishes were outside the door and not picked up in 24 hrs.

- Parking could have been complimentary given the hotel had its own parking garage.

- Very cramp facilities; claustrophobic rooms with urban canyon view.
“Remodeled but miniscule first floor common area is attractive but cannot hide the fact that this is an aging hotel. Rooms are claustrophobically small. They are equipped with a flat screen TV, which certainly helps navigation is small spaces. View from the small windows is of an urban canyon. Close to government offices and metro, and there are good restaurants nearby.”

- Rooms and overall appearance of hotel exceeded our expectations by far for the price.
- No negative feedback.

- high cost of internet at the business center.
“We wanted a hotel near Reagan National Airport for the night previous to our 7:30 am departure. This hotel worked well for our family of five, as we got two rooms. The rooms where very comfortable and the hotel has a rooftop pool that the kids used. The 5am hotel shuttle to the airport was a great convenience. There are quite a few restaurants within a two block radius of the hotel. The only downside was the high cost of internet access at the hotel's business center.”

- The Shuttle picked us up promptly at Reagan Airport.
- The staff could have cared less about us; bartender was awful.
“After a long flight from Mexico, we arrived at Reagan airport 10:45 pm tired and frazzled. I called the hotel, and as promised, the shuttle was sent and picked us up within ten minutes. The shuttle driver had taped a handwritten note on the dash that said, "your tips are appreciated". I thought that was tacky. We were hungry and wanted a drink, so as he dropped us, the shuttle driver said the Bar was open until 12 pm. We arrive around 11 pm, the front desk clerk hands the keys over (no 'welcome' or anything) and also tells us room service stopped at 11pm and the bar is open till 12 pm. Well of course, we unload the suitcases; get to the bar at 11:15 pm. My husband asks for Jim Beam and ginger ale. Only have Makers Mark and Sprite (No ginger ale?) These drinks were $15 each! Outrageous!! Immediately afterwards, the bartender announces 'Last Call'. It's 11:20 pm- what happened to midnight? She didn't care, and we were not the only ones there. To top it off, a bug crawls across the carpet! I then ask the desk clerk for a carryout menu (we're starving), and I call the sub shop recommended. We're told the food will take 45-55 minutes because it's so difficult to get to the hotel! Come on Hilton! Don't recommend carryout places like that! Good news- the Starbucks coffee was free in the morning. Bad news, ATM in lobby was out of cash! Can't recommend this place.”

- Not impressed with pool, fitness center or business center.
“Overall, I was disappointed with the hotel. I am a Hilton Honors member and have stayed at several other locations in which I've been very impressed with the amenities and quality of service. I spent most of my time at the Marriott Crystal Gateway with colleagues. The charges for services do not reflect the quality of services provided in the business center-very small, limited workstations, not staffed. It took 1-1/2 hours and three calls to have a hotel information book delivered to my room. No sugar for the in room coffee service. Pool and fitness center are inadequate.”

“Room was small, but clean and comfortable. We had choice of sharing bed or smoking room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. On arrival could not get in the drive due to cars parked without drivers, even in the self parking lane. Parking was congested and not well directed. We actually got penned in and had to back out of an area (I had to get out and direct us backwards as far as we could go - taking several backups in small car to get turned around) while trying to find a parking place. Beds and rooms were very comfortable and clean. Bathroom was small, but clean with several personal grooming accessories.”

“I felt cheated by this hotel because they overbooked and they sent their full paying customers to other hotels they stuck four of us in a room with a full sized bed. I would have been better off sleeping in my car in a rest area. Shame on the Hilton. I certainly expected better, or at the very least what was promised, a room with a king size bed or a room with two queens.”

- No Jacuzzi. Parking garage was closed and forced pay $20 per day for parking.

- A handyman came immediately when we reported that the toilet had clogged up. Our car was waiting for us within 5 minutes of being requested.
- It was a bit of a hike to the Metro, and then a half hour ride into downtown DC on a Saturday.
“I would recommend this hotel. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. The bathroom is quite small for the size of the bedroom. This hotel is about 1/4 mile from Reagan airport and we could not hear any noise from planes taking off and landing. The only negative about the hotel itself is that when a door was being closed next door, it was so loud that it sounded as though it was in our room. I would recommend asking for a corner room without neighbors.”

“The rooms were nice, but very small compared to the courtyard by Marriott located nearby. I wasn't happy with the valet parking arrangement and the fact that it cost $20. Parking should be free for hotel guest.”

- Good location; clean and newly renovated.
- A/c unit is too loud.
“The location is excellent! Only a few minutes you will be in the city again. The hotel is newly renovated (the front entrance is still unfinished) and everything (from furniture to bedding to carpet) is very new and clean.”

- Comfortable room.
- Parking, web site says it¿s free - its not!
“Construction was noisy. Parking attendants were not helpful. Parking garage was closed so only valet was available and the attendants did not recommend street parking - only valet. I may not stay here again - then again, the bed was comfortable.”

- Complimentary shuttle to airport and local area.
- Needed the shuttle at 5am along with 25 other people and only had one shuttle running.
“Beautiful hotel although undergoing some construction, very nice folks working there and great shuttle system.”
