• Quaint location if going to Georgetown.
• Not convenient to a metro stop.

“The hotel heating and water was broken so I was relocated to the Georgetown Inn.”

• The location was the best. Right in the heart of D.C. best or Georgetown.
• There was not one thing not to this like.

• The location was great.
• There is a lot of street noise in the morning, especially at 7AM and the staff is unconcerned.

“In brief, The hotel was nice. Rooms were quaint, but reasonable. The location was perfect. My issue was street noise. I stayed in 701 and was awoken each morning at about 7am by the garbage trucks picking up garbage from the hotel. When I called the staff to ask them if this was something that would be reoccurring, they made it seem like I was crazy for complaining and that it would end soon. I was not expecting this to be a daily occurrence during my 3 days there, but it was.”

• The location of the hotel was excellent and the staff was international and interesting.
• The elevators seemed to have problems frequently during my stay.

“I would highly recommend the Latham Hotel to people who were traveling for business or pleasure and wanted down-to-earth service. It is close to the metro, shopping, and a variety of restaurants.”
