• Great continental breakfast with attentive staff.
• They could pay a little more finish details like wallpaper, fittings, etc.

“This was a nice, clean, efficient hotel for the family or business traveler . We will stay there again.”

• The indoor pool.
• Paint chipping in bathroom.

• I liked the breakfast.
• I did not like that I was initially given a smoking suite.

“This hotel was accommodating, when I told them I was going to check with other hotels in the area. They finally put us in a non-smoking room that smelled like smoke, but we were tired from the drive and accepted it. They were very accommodating when I left my cell phone behind. I am in business and that was important to me.”

• Location and express checkout.
• Workmanship in the room. The employee that checked us in was not friendly.

“Good location and convenient. The workmanship around the hot tub wasn't impressive in the bathroom. A little over priced.”

• They were quick to help you out.
• You had to lug your luggage upstairs!

“Staff is wonderful, very helpful. They make great popcorn. The problem with this hotel is you have to walk stairs. If you have a physical problem~~like I do~~it's a big problem. I had to drag my suitcase up and down a flight of stairs. We chose a non-smoking room so we didn't have stairs to deal with, as we have had to in the past, but even their non-smoking rooms were upstairs. There is not a handicapped or ADA box to check if you have special needs!”
