“This hotel is conveniently located to the Ronald Reagan airport and Downtown DC. However it's under construction and the hotel should inform guests about non-availability of services such as, the hotel store.”

• Very comfortable room.
• Requested a hotel shuttle from Airport - it never came.

“The hotel itself was very nice - there were some renovations going on so the lobby/first floor was disrupted. The room was very comfortable - good space, good bed and very clean. My only complaint was that I called from the Airport for a shuttle and was told it would arrive in 15-20 minutes and it never arrived.”

• In door pool and good service.
• No shuttle service or any kind of hotel transportation.

“Very good service. Excellent location. You can walk to Georgetown. It's also 10 minutes away. The Room is a bit small. The only thing I don't like is that the hotel does not have its own shuttle service.”

“It is in dire need of re-do, which is ongoing now. I only wish my stay had coincided with the end result. It appears that it will be nice when complete.”

“Snotty, I recently stayed at a Doubletree in Crystal City 3 miles away and was treated like a king and the rooms and service were fabulous. All the Desk kept saying was sorry were under a remodel to all the customers in there Indian dialect which I could not understand. They should have given customers a break on overnight parking- 15.00 a night in a run down eye sore. Or free drink at the bar. Food was average green finger potatoes - I am in the produce business and food was old did not get sick though.”

• What a great view of dc from the 10th floor.

“Enjoyed our stay from the complimentary coffee in the lobby to the great corner room with a fantastic view of the Potomac, Georgetown, and dc. This made such a great romantic setting. Can't wait to go back again.”

“I really wanted a hotel closer to the airport, so we wouldn't have to drive in the area. There was an extra fee to park. It was close to the metro, and to the dc downtown sights, however.”

• The setting, near the bridge in Georgetown, is amazing.
• Very large with long corridors and it's starting to show its age. Parking was rather expensive at $15 per night.

“Beautiful setting, great location, nice amenities (Bath & Bodyworks toiletries in the bathroom are most appreciated). Parking was convenient but expensive.”

• Charge for parking; no elevator in parking garage.

“Good location near Georgetown; easy to find and work from; rooms are very upscale, clean, modern, quiet and conducive to work from. Cannot understand why they charge for on property parking for their guests; internet services were extra charge which is totally annoying and petty. Only one restaurant which was very nice and good food. Very satisfied with hotel and amenities but did not appreciate all the extra charges of parking, internet service.”

• The service was terrific. The room keys didn't work and they sent someone up right away to assist.
• It was a little old and run down. Probably due to the area in wash dc. Also smoky room.

“This hotel is an excellent choice for business travelers. Good location in the city of Arlington. The hotel was older and a little rundown. Also the room must have been a smoking room because the odor was bad. Other than that, the food was good and the staff friendly.”

“At first it was hard to get to. It has a beautiful setting once you found it. I would go to it again. The beds, pillows, and shower everything was wonderful. The staff let my friend check in for me because I was running late I thought that was great. So they wouldn't be waiting in the lobby until I got there. I loved it.”

• Wonderful beds, large bathroom, great pool.
• Pool closed too early; teenaged kids could not swim without a parent.

“Parking was reasonable, just $12.00. Our room was clean, fresh and near the parking. Check-in was quick and easy and I was allowed to park in front while checking in. This hotel is worth the price we paid and then some.”

“A nice place in a good location albeit a little tired, but then again, this property has been in existence for a long time as based on pictures on wall of lobby (a lot of history). Room was clean and comfortable. Restaurants were good. I would recommend the property gladly. Staff was very friendly and helpful. $12 for parking per day (noon to noon).”

“The hotel was aesthetically pleasing and seemingly very clean, but our discovery of not one, not two, but 8 cockroaches in the bathroom that evening completely turned us off. The staff was accommodating and immediately gave us a different room on another floor, and no cockroaches were found.”

• The room was elegantly decorated and the fitness center was great!
• To get from the hotel to the metro is a long walk and across a major highway.

“The Marriott-Key Bridge (Arlington VA) is conveniently located just across the Potomac from downtown Washington DC. However, the metro stop is a hike of about 4 rather long blocks away and one has to cross a major highway as well as a busy street, then go up a hill to get there. The rooms are elegantly decorated. The restaurant is quite good; the service is friendly. The fitness center (especially the downstairs part) is well stocked with treadmills, other machines, free weights, etc, and there are even separate saunas for men and women in the respective locker-rooms. There's a lifeguard on duty for the indoor-outdoor pool (a real rarity now a days), and there is a good-sized hot-tub as well. This hotel is highly recommended but only for those who don't mind the hike to the metro.”

• Shower head very noisy, doors hard to lock, PPV movie did not work.

“I expected more from this hotel. Our shower head was very noisy, we ordered a PPV movie which did not work and the back door was extremely hard to close/lock. The restaurant was overpriced for what you received and the quality was so-so.”

• Room overlooked the Potomac River and historic/trendy Georgetown was across the river. Washington DC 20 minutes away, Arlington Cemetery, 10 minutes
• Restaurant and bar had average food.

• Loved it all, wish I had more time to stay.

“What a view of the Washington mall. Potomac and Georgetown University. Staff was great with all kinds of travel tips. My only complaint is that I did not have more time to spend with them and in Washington D.C.”

• I didn't expect to pay a parking fee before I reached there.
• Parking fee for gusts is very high. It is equal to any body that is not a gust.

• It was packed in a small room and we were first given a room over the parking lot.

“It was a nice hotel but was hard to get soft-drinks out of the machine, had to go to several floors and the room was small but very clean and nicely furnished. My husband was able to conduct business from room also. Bell boys very friendly too.”

• The location is excellent and the view is great.
• We did not receive any help from bellman.

“Great location, room, view and desk staff. Other than the fact that there were no bellmen to be found to help with luggage, and you can get lost trying to find the elevator, the stay exceeded my expectations, and I recommend the hotel highly.”
