“Met my needs appropriately. convenient, helpful staff. Breakfast included---great feature!!” Aug 22, 2006 by
Michael from Northport, AL
“Great location near the Rossyln Metro. Good Price and the morning breakfast was always appreciated. The only problem is the hotel elevator is agonizingly slow. The hotel also seemed understaffed late at night.” Jul 31, 2006 by
Tom from Evanston, IL
“Overall, I had a good experience there while on vacation with my wife and two year old daughter. the hotel is only one block from the metro which makes getting downtown easy. The room is simple but functional. The bathroom needs updating. on our trip the sink sprung a leak and they had to send someone up to fix it. Also, there is a sun lamp in the bathroom without its own switch, so that when you turn on the light in the bathroom, the sun lamp goes on. Even given these minor annoyances, I would recommend the hotel to business travelers or families on a budget.” Jul 7, 2006 by
Chinyuan from Ann Arbor, MI
“The staff I first checked in with was kind of less than professional.” Jul 6, 2006 by
Lisa from Angola, NY
“Was definitely a 3*. The breakfast offered was great for the price paid. Overall not a horrible place not a wonderful place. The staff was very accommodating and very nice. Definitely needs updating and room was not immaculate by any means.” Jul 5, 2006 by
Donald from Washington, DC
“This hotel is in an excellent location but the hotel is dirty and filthy and the hotel staff is nasty, mean and crude.” Jun 27, 2006 by
Anne from Cary, NC
“Good location in Arlington, but somewhat run-down, although it seemed safe and relatively clean. But for $50, still a pretty good deal. A 5 minute drive from Georgetown, 10 minute walk from the Iwo Jima statue.” Jun 3, 2006 by
Yingle from Louisville, KY
“Location is great if you can stand their elevator and wifi doesn't work on my friend's laptop at all.” May 17, 2006 by
Qi from Syracuse, NY
“I would recommend this hotel to those who are planning for a budget travel to D.C.” May 3, 2006 by
Bob from Columbus, OH
“The Best Wetstern Key bridge is easy to get to and is close to Metro stations and shuttles to Georgetown. The staff were helpful in providing directions. The room was clean and well-maintained.” Apr 27, 2006 by
Jeanne from New City, NY
“Convenient, parking situation was great, breakfast was more than adequate, Metro was across the street It was the best location in DC for us.” Apr 19, 2006 by
Aman from Wynnewood, PA
“The hotel is in excellent location, but the beds were not so clean. the bathroom was clean. overall good value for money if u can get it for $75 a night. good perks- free garage parking and breakfast.” Mar 5, 2006 by
Justin from Columbia, MO
“I was able to book a room for three nights at the Best Western Key Bridge for approximately the same cost of one night at a hotel in downtown Washington. The Metro station was only one block away, so the 20 minute ride to Capitol Hill was not a problem. The room was clean and included everything I needed. No complaints here. Great value.” Feb 18, 2006 by
Diana from Medford, OR
“This hotel is located in a prime location (close and affordable to Georgetown University). The metro stop is right outside the door and parking is included along with a crab heavy breakfast. Rooms are clean and look fairly good. Lobby and halls are worn.” Feb 7, 2006 by
Tom from Charlottesville, VA
“Good hotel and location. Staff need to improve their attitude towards customer.” Jan 16, 2006 by
Mike from Virginia Beach, VA
“It is a bit run down. Bath door frame rusted out, tile repair done by a child, hard bed. Would have been ok, had it not been for the sponsored food service, the only option for food here. I ordered a delivered dinner, was charged a bundle for the service, then opened the package to find no eating utensils, no fork, no knife. Called the front desk and was told there was none in the hotel, not true, they provided them for breakfast. Then called the something doctor delivery service back and was told they were sending the driver back. Owner and Manager was absolutely uninterested in any compensation for my now cold meal. Driver returned more than 25 minutes later. Came to the door, he said and handed me the package and walked away.” Jan 15, 2006 by
Vidisha from Huntsville, TX
“Very good and sweet experience overall. staff very friendly, prompt and helpful.” Jan 9, 2006 by
Kevin from Mount Airy, NC

“The location and staff were great, the elevators, hallways were dirty. The hotel is in need of a facelift. There is no restaurant or bar for those who have travelled fromt eh west coast and get in late, that was a real pain.Free parking, free iternet which is a big plus.” Oct 4, 2005 by
Diane from Chandler, AZ

“Great location, great price. Older hotel with charm. Close to Metro for easy travel into Washington DC. One Metro stop away from Arlington Cemetery. We couldn't have asked for better!” Jul 21, 2005 by
Meghan from Albion, NY
“Room was not ready at time of check in. Had to wait 50 minutes before getting into room. Hotel staff seemed bothered by the request to get into the room. Elevators were not working for most of the stay. I did not mind taking the stairs, however, the access to stairs was not clearly marked. ” Feb 24, 2005 by
Matt from Cincinnati, OH
“This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this Hotel, both times courtesy! I liked it better this time. Nicer rooms than I expected, decent (free) continental breakfast, and great location. I was very pleased.” Jan 16, 2005 by
