- Fantastic location, wonderful beds, extremely accommodating staff!
- One of the two elevators was out of service.
“When we discovered that our room was right in the middle of a wedding party block, we were moved immediately and graciously. Our room was very nice and the Hilton beds are the best! Ours was a very brief overnight stay, but it couldn't have been nicer.”

- Very conveniently located to the metro & freeway 66. Easy access to DC.
- Air conditioning system didn't work well.
“We rented 2 rooms and got adjoining rooms which worked out very well. Hotel was quite and clean and Convienient to have a restaurant in the hotel after driving all day from North Carolina. The food at the restaurant was good and reasonably priced. Great service.”

- Location and proximity to Washington DC Metro.
- Unexpected room style, bed cover too warm.
“We expected a normal room but instead got a handicapped room with pet accommodations. The bed comes with a quilt suitable for room temperature in the 50¿s. If I pull it up I sweat, if I take it off I freeze. Shower floor is glazed tile and slippery with soapy water. Also, the handicapped shower drains all over the bathroom floor. The radio in the room was too quiet, can't hear what people were saying on the other side of the room.”

- The entry is elegantly appointed. The room is spacious and continues the upscale decorative them with luxurious bedding.
- The location, parking, and the service desk employee laughed at us because we had trouble getting from garage to room.
“This is an upscale, elegantly appointed hotel. Its location isn't the best, but once you enter your room, you will forget all about it. The rooms are spacious and well decorated. Getting a good night's rest requires no effort as the mattress and bedding are comfortable and luxurious. Bring extra money for parking at $17 per day, refrigerator at $15 per day and microwave at$10 per day. The hotel is located right across the street from IHOP and other dining and shopping venues. I loved my stay at this hotel and am looking forward to spending more time there when I travel to the area.”

- It was clean, right at the metro, great staff and upscale.
- Some things in the room were not functioning properly.
“This hotel was all that I wanted and more. The Metro was right down stairs. It was near a 24 hours IHOP. In case we got in late, the staff was quite helpful and friendly. Our cleaning lady kept the room above par and we never had to ask for anything. Everything we needed was always there.”

“Hotel was nice, in a nice part of town. Close to nearby shopping, restaurants, etc. The only downside was the parking garage. You had to pay $17 per day to park in this dark, scary garage. They need to do something to get a cheaper parking rate because a lot of people will not return because they don't want to pay to park.”

- Tough to find with the directions we had.
“The staff at this hotel were very helpful. The air conditioner in the first room we were assigned did not work. When we informed the front desk, they moved us immediately. They bumped us up to the "Club" level for our troubles (of having to move rooms) and assisted us in several other ways. The beds were a bit uncomfortable, but the helpfulness of the staff, and the location to one of the safer Metro stops to go into DC (right outside the front door) suited us fine.”

- The housekeeper on the floor that I was on was very nice and friendly on the 4 floor.
- Everyone seen to be friendly. But one of the front desk guys was not all that friendly .

- It is located close to the entrance of I-66m which has good access to the airport.
- The parking was terrible and expensive, It is not the fault of the hotel, but the location and that the parking was a different company.
“There was no hassle, only good service in a pleasant facility. The only problem is that the location prohibits decent parking, and the Hotel parking is run by a different company, very tight and difficult to get around in, very expensive, and not covered by the hotel.”

- No warning of $17/night for parking car in hotel owned parking garage. Room lighting adequate but dim, no in room computer access.

- Right on top of the subway station. Great location and easy access to anywhere.
- No valet parking. Parking was public parking in the condo.
“I would consider this more of a Condotel, Condo hotel, than a traditional hotel. I was surprised to find they share the parking with Condo Residents and the businesses in the building. Had I known that the hotel shares facilities with the condo building, I wouldn't have been so surprised. Other than that, everything is great at the hotel. Very clean, new everything and friendly and helpful staff. Extremely easy access to subway and buses.”

- The lobby was nice.
- Loud heating unit, small beds, didn't sleep well.
“Overall it was a nice hotel, perfect location for us as we could walk to Kettler Ice rink. Next to mall and other restaurants, however the hotel didn't offer that information to us when we checked in so we ate at their restaurant and it was overpriced and the food wasn't that great. The hallways were filled with drunk people when we went back to our room that evening and we had to tell the front desk. Some where half dressed. Made for an interesting conversation with my two children in tow.”

“I ran into some issues with this hotel. Parking was terrible, they share a parking garage on site that closes at midnight, so if you arrive any night after midnight, you must park in the street, and its difficult to find a space. I was unable to use the garage due to business timing, and yet I was charged a parking fee per night. The hotel lobby entrance is in a mini mall, which is used as a sleeping area by many homeless people, not a great feeling upon entering. I addressed my issues with the hotel upon checkout, they were very polite and removed all incidental charges for me, including parking and internet, as an effort to make things right.”

- The staff was exceptional and the personal service was great! We will be returning and look forward to reservations again at this hotel.
- The fee for parking but this was not a big deal because we were able to avoid paying parking in Washington DC each day.
“Very courteous and knowledgeable staff, Always wanting to meet our every need. The rooms were really comfortable and the atmosphere of the room was inviting each day. A Fantastic trip in large part because of the people at this hotel and the convenience of the location. Very neat and clean, nicely decorated and a wonderful place to stay. Kudos to the staff in the breakfast service who are on the 7th floor. The best stay in a hotel we have had in years. My compliments to the management and staff for their attentiveness to details and their customers.”

“They have noisy, sometimes, useless AC, lousy or unskilled employee, poor services. The rooms are not as clean as 2-star hotels. This hotel (at Arlington VA location), for example, has toilet and bath tub with stains that you don't see in any hotel or even Motel. The AC/Heater: we had to turn it off because it was too loud.”

- I did not like how expensive some of the facilities were. $11/day for wifi? $5/Bottle of water? $14.99/movie?
“I thought that the Hilton was a very classy hotel; however it lacked some important amenities and features that are important to travelers. While noting that the premises were spotless, I found that the revolving door entrance, antique style furniture, and elegant elevators made for a great balance of a classic archaic yet contemporary home feel. The staff was available to assist with every problem that arose and were happy to do such. However, during my stay, I continually felt like I was at risk of falling for a tourist trap as everything in the hotel was ridiculously overpriced. I made sure to call the front desk before brewing up my coffee since there was a liter of water with a big $5 sticker sitting next to the percolator. They assured me that the coffee was complimentary, but the water was not.”

- Great location and very easy to find.
- Nothing wrong.
“This is a great property that looks modern and clean. It adjoins a shopping complex/mall; metro rail station is located in the building complex, Movie Plax across the street, several dining locations all around, and a great I-hop right across the street from the hotel entrance. Parking under the hotel. Pleasant staff and visible security.”

- Location of the hotel next to the Metro was perfect. Staff was very helpful.
- No security cameras in long, winding halls.
“If you're traveling as a tourist, the location is great because of the proximity to the Metro. We arrived at DCA, jumped on the Metro at the airport, made one transfer at, and arrived at the front door of the hotel in 25 minutes. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. A member of the maintenance staff overheard us wondering if the lobby had a map, and he walked with us to the desk and got a staff member to get us what we needed. Above and beyond his duties! The room was clean and comfortable. In fact, my husband wants to find out where they buy their pillows.”

- No breakfast & $17 parking.
