“The room was nice, clean and comfortable. I was happy with what I paid. The bathroom fan and room heating unit were somewhat noisy. I didn't like a daily $12 parking fee and $9.95 internet charge.”

“It was a nice hotel, but I did not like the fact that you had to pay for parking. I have stayed at several other hotels in the area and never had to pay for parking. You also had to pay $10 for the internet in your room and it wasn't even wireless.”

• Accommodating staff.
• Air conditioner, frigid, and rooms with entrances on two sides.

“This hotel has bad policies but nice staff. The air conditioner never operated correctly. The bar didn't serve food after 11:00 pm but didn't pick up the menus on the tables so you think you're getting a late snack. I wouldn't stay there again.”

• Near metro/mall.
• The jacuzzi did not work.

“A concert was held in the hotel lobby. The music was unbearable. It was so loud that we could not communicate with one another in the room or hear the TV. I have never been subjected to this type of inconsiderate thinking by hotel management. Every room faces the lobby therefore no one was immune from the noise. It also made the hotel bar an unpopular place. The hotel lost a lot of revenue for Inhouse eating and drinking. Would not stay there during an event again.”

“The hotel rooms are extremely small w/ 2 double beds. Not accommodating for a family w/ more than 2 children. There wasn't enough room to add a roll away bed in the room, so I had a child that slept on the floor, the hotel refused to accommodated our family. No recommendations”

• Awesome atmosphere, and great fitness facility.
• Event in atrium from 7-10 pm was very loud, hotel rooms all ring atrium, so music also pumped into the room.

“Great price - close to Metro if you want to see the sights of Washington. Luxurious accommodations, great kid-friendly indoor & outdoor pools to entertain kids; quality fitness room. Staff is very friendly and eager to help, service is excellent. Small commissary/gift shop in the hotel with the basics. Was expecting less because of location in Rockville, but the inside of the hotel was a different world, and more than made up for it.”

“I was immediately impressed with this hotel when I came into the lobby. The spacious and attractive lobby area was quite nice and I was promptly greeted by very friendly hotel employees. Check in was efficient and so I could check in promptly, freshen up and enjoy a drink and something to eat at the bar/lounge. My room was everything I could imagine and more for this hotel. I will definitely return when I need to travel in this area again.”

• The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was helpful.
• Most of the vending machines were sold out.

“I had a nice 2 day stay while my fiancée' was having surgery. It is in a great location, close to mall, hospital, and many restaurants. The hotel's restaurant food was excellent as well. I had a petite filet mignon that was cooked to perfection, on top of mashed potatoes, with asparagus. Needless to say, I finished my plate. The bar area was nice too. It was one of my best hotel experiences. I would definitely stay there again!”

• Nice room, cool layout, convenient location.
• People at front desk not very flexible.

“This hotel is really nice and close to a lot of stuff in the Rockville/Bethesda area. If you want to make any changes to your room make sure you do it ahead of time. Hot tub/pool is nice so bring your bathing suit. Overall, a really nice hotel.”

• Great lobby with lighted trees in the atrium, pool was excellent, bed was very comfortable, close to Metro station.
• No hooks in room to hang up towels, bathing suites, coats, etc., No minor light for sleeping, lights too bright or connect to fan.

“Great stay we would return, especially due to proximity to Metro station. Nice touch with small apples on the lobby counter.”

• Room was clean and updated. Pool and workout rooms were nice. Upgraded toiletries & wonderful towels and bedding!
• Had to pay for internet and parking, which we did not do...

• The concierge friendliness and explanation of sight seeing options.
• Charging for overnight parking when there is free parking all around.

“I would stay there again. It was clean, people were friendly and the beds were excellent. I travel a lot and find this a good value. However, if you are going bring your own internet cable or you will be sitting at the desk the entire stay.”

• Location - conveniently located next to a metro station.
• Lacked a mini fridge - something a family needs.

“Interior quad area was rather dark. Not enough light. Room was adequate, though it did lack a mini fridge. Having a family with kids, it is needed to just have waters or snacks. Definitely geared towards a business traveler. Bathroom fan did not work. Overall, it was a nice experience.”

• Our room opened to inside of hotel, so there were no windows. Also had to pay for parking.

“Overall, the service was friendly. The room was spacious. The rooms circle the lobby, so some rooms open to the middle of the hotel. The nice part is you have a balcony that opens to the lobby. The down side is that there are no windows to the outside, so no sunlight in the morning. There is an outdoor parking lot that you have to pay for. It is not told to you that you have to pay when you check in. It shows up on the final bill.”

• The dining and room service stopped at 11 pm. I am a late night person.

• Comfortable bed and toiletries--Evelyn & Crabtree.
• There was a mouse in my room. A 4 legged a live mouse.

“The hotel is very nice. There was a mouse in my scampering over my personal belongings. The hotel staff moved me to another room and helped me do this at 12:30 AM. Although I had a different room, the vision of the mouse remained the entire stay.”

• Nothing. The place was awesome.

“I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody. We were given a free upgrade to a nicer room and gave us free breakfast in the morning. The room was clean and very spacious. We stay in a hotel about 50 times a year and this was the best hotel that we have ever stayed at.”
