• The room was clean and did not smell like smoke and came automatically with 2 beds.

“Friendly, good location, quiet, near many restaurants, shopping centers, I495, close to temple of Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.”

• It was not too expensive.
• Not in Bethesda where I wanted to be and the cab never showed up after 2 hours.

“Didn't even stay the night. The whole reason to get the hotel was so I didn't have to drive all the way home after the reunion. Waited 2 hours for a cab one never showed up, and the hotel was not much of a help. So we drove to the reunion came back and checked out because I had to drive anyways. Very disappointed in this hotel not very helpful or convenient. The first experience was great.”

• Under construction and extremely messy

“The place is under construction and extremely messy right now. Bell man would not come out to the taxi to get luggage. Room is meagerly furnished and very dimly lit. Not worth the money.”

• Giant, Noisy Tour Groups. Construction

“Great Hotel for someone looking to crash in the DC Metro area with access to the Red Line Subway. There is nothing special about the hotel, but all the amenities you need are available.”

• No high-speed internet access, poor parking and small pillows

• I liked the proximity to the Metro and the cleanliness of the hotel.
• No parking! My car was blocked in by another and the other car owner could not be found.

“The hotel in itself was clean and in a good location with the Metro right across the street. However, there are only 8 parking spots for this 7 story hotel. During my stay, at one point I wanted to leave for a meal and when I got to my car, I noticed I was blocked in by another car. I told the staff and they tried locating the owner of the other car. They could not. Eventually, I was able to squeeze out of the spot. Somehow, this hotel needs to increase its parking capacity, but there's no space to do it.”

“I was going to the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in Bethesda, Maryland. Thousands of NIH patients use the NIH motel shuttle to pick them up at specific hotels.”
