“Minus: Uncomfortable rooms with a musty smell and loud outdated AC unit. Entrance to rooms separate from lobby entrance in a creepy locale. Plus: Friendly staff, beautiful restaurant and lobby.” Jul 14, 2008 by
Kathryn from Marion, OH
“When we went to the hotel they did not have any adjoining rooms. When I pulled my sheets down for the first night, there was dried stain on the sheets. I called down stairs to ask for clean sheets and it took them 20 min to get them to me. When the housekeeper showed up she said that she could not make the bed due to, back problems. I had to make me own bed! I was not satisfied with this hotel and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!” Jul 9, 2008 by
Shelece from Brooklyn, NY
“I was really surprised at level of cleanliness of the overall hotel, customer service the personnel exhibited, and level of security at the facility. The facility is family oriented and the kids can find something to entertain themselves- the indoor pool, fitness center, or the billiard.” May 27, 2008 by
Judy from Newtown, PA
“My husband and I stayed at this hotel because we were at Track and Field States at Shippensburg. Although the hotel was 25 miles away, it was convenient. The hotel was clean, had a nice lobby and has a restaurant off of the lobby. There is also a lounge. We had a king nonsmoking business class room. The room was large with a fridge and microwave and a desk area. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Although the bathroom was clean, it is in need of updating. This hotel was good for us and if we were in Carlisle again, we would stay here.” May 6, 2008 by
Kevin from Montclair, NJ
“The room was fine-spacious and clean-but the lobby smelled of cigarette smoke and the motel was ringed by trucks.” Jun 6, 2007 by
Keely from Hopelawn, NJ
“Honest employees, we forgot some items and they are actually in the process of returning them to us via FedEx.” Jul 1, 2006 by
Richard from Philadelphia, PA
“At one time this may have been a good place to stay, but in my opinion it is no better than any of the motels which I saw in Carlisle. When I was given the key to my room I entered to find it occupied by another guest. Each night as I tried to sleep I was repeatedly awakened by phone calls (6). All in all I was extremely disappointed in the facility and your service.” 2 of 2 people found this review helpful.Hotel Representatives:
