• Quiet.
• Old, not modernized.

“This is a motel with brick walls inside and old bathroom fixtures. Expect clean but not special.”

• Location.
• Water pressure in sink. Kept getting our clothes wet.

• The hotel was close to the Metro station. We took the Metro into D.C.
• The cooling system did not work and the temperature in the room reached 80 degrees.

“The hotel was fine and served our purposes. It was close to the Metro station and offered free Wi-Fi internet services. Unfortunately, our cooling system did not work and the temperature in our room reached 80 degrees, which is WAY too hot for us. We would have opened the window, but there was no screen and nothing to stop someone from coming into the room via the window (we were on the ground floor). Also, the door lock was very loose and not overly secure.”

• Convenient to shops and restaurants.
• No Internet service despite the fact that It was promised for the room I booked. Ice machine broken.

“Friendly staff. I chose this hotel specifically because It promised wireless Internet service In my room. I arrive and the Internet Is nonfunctional for the two days I am there. My job requires constant access to the Internet. The manager blames venison. After some haggling, the manager offers me a 40% refund which I have yet to see. The Ice maker In my building did not work. My TV was fuzzy as well.”

• Pool was nice.
• Pool was outdoors and had odd hours.

“This is more like a motel. The pool is outdoors and though it was a nice pool, the hours were limited.”
