• The breakfast was great and the bed was
  comfortable.
• Pool was cold even in June.

“My wife and I stayed at this hotel on a recent trip to Washington, D.C. The breakfast which consisted of eggs, bacon, potatoes, French toast or pancakes, and biscuits and gravy on some days far exceeded many other hotels. The room was cleaned every day with fresh towels and linens provided. The hotel provides a shuttle service to the metro which you can ride to downtown and the shuttle returns to pick customers up until 9:00. We really enjoyed our stay.”

• Price was great for the area. Hotel was clean. Breakfast included. Overall a great value.
• Beds were good, but not great. Bathroom was small.

“Hotel is a good value for family needing a place to stay overnight for trips to the DC area. Close to metro. Breakfast was included and was decent. Price was good compared to other hotels. Not high end, but still good. Staff was helpful -provided information on metro and restaurants. One staff saved our son's Thomas toy that was left at the breakfast table and was gracious enough to go out of his way to get it.”

• Completely updated, beautiful room.
• Restaurant was not open at convenient hours.

“It was much nicer than I expected for a Best Western. At check-in the staff was friendly and helpful. The only negatives were the bizarre hours of the restaurant and when we called to request more pillows, the person delivering them seemed irritated. But, we did get them very quickly!”

• The floor we were on was under renovation.

“The hotel itself was nice, the room was good, but was in need of some updates. The hotel restaurant left a little to be desired. It looked like a conference room with buffet tables set up. The staff was great and very helpful.”

• Overall hotel was clean & one young front desk agent was more than accommodating on dinner recommendations, etc.
• The big stain as soon as I entered my room.

• It has a convenient location for my purposes.
• There was neither heat nor hot water available on the day I checked in, and staff said nothing about it.

• Nothing caught on fire and it didn't fall down during my stay.
• Non smoking rooms should not reek of smoke, hot water would be nice.

• Convenience to the metro line.
• There was nothing I didn't like.

“For travelers wanting to visit the Washington dc area, this is the perfect place to stay. The rooms are nice, the beds comfortable and the breakfast buffet was a nice bonus! There is a shuttle that takes you to the subway station and the ride into town is relaxing. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.”

“The A/C was noisy and too cold. I had to sleep with the covers from both beds and was still uncomfortable. Room's ceiling was stained and the pain was chipped. The bathroom was not renovated except for a curved shower curtain bar.”

• It was extremely close to the hospital where my grandchild was born. That was the reason for my trip.
• The shower head/faucet was not working properly. There were no grab bars in the tub. Not all travelers are in their 30' or 40's.

“The hotel was fine for my needs, and the price was good. The choice of TV stations was only fair. The room was clean and had a good view.”
