• Comfortable bedding, Adjustable shower head.

“I got in late and left early in the morning, but it was a great night's sleep on a comfortable mattress and bedding. The hotel is clean, well appointed and the staff was friendly.”

• Cleanliness of facility, free Wifi.
• Poor layout of room floors, parking inconvenience, cramped bar with poor service.

“I do not recommend this hotel other than as a place to sleep. The majority of the hotel rooms are far, far from the elevator so hallway noise is minimal. The downside is excessive walking to get to/from your hotel room. Also, the Atrium is a poor bar with nothing on tap. The wait staff is stretched too thin between the bar and the restaurant to provide decent service. The food is a little better than expected.”

• Hard to locate.

“There is only a very small sign in front to the hotel. It is difficult to locate. Once there is was a pleasureable stay. Staff was extremely accommodating. Restaurant was good but a bit pricey. Room was very nice. Overall, stay was quite pleasant.”

• It is very well maintained. Suites are large and the beds are very comfortable. Great health center.
• You had to pay 25 cents a minute to use the computer in the business center. The breakfast was pricey- $10.99 per person.

“I would recommend the hotel for families willing to spend more than you would for an average hotel. It is very comfortable and well maintained. There is no complimentary breakfast but you can purchase it for about $11.”

• Very friendly personnel staff at hotel. Pretty and very comfortable rooms. Very nice bathroom and outstanding shower head.

“It was not quick service to fix the remote. First I called to the front desk for help, and the person working the desk stated he would have an engineer to respond. I waited over 30 minutes. Then I walked downstairs to the front desk, and had to wait 15 more minutes. Then I was advised that the engineer would meet me at my room. I then had to wait almost 15 minutes for his response, and the remote was replaced which worked with no problems.”

“The hotel and its accommodations for the price far exceeds expectations. The bed is very comfortable - they have sufficient pillows and made up in contemporary classy style. The room was very clean.”

• The hotel is beautiful.

“There is a lot ridicules rules. Every 15 minutes the lifeguard took a breaks.The restaurant is close 1pm to 4pm. And a lot things more. I liked the room and nothing more.”

• Front desk clerk.

“Our stay was terrible. Not only was the front desk clerk rude, he was unwilling to provide any information to us on public transportation, etc. Not only did he not offer any information on sightseeing, maps, etc, when we asked he hesitated and we had to drag what little info we got out of him. When we returned to our room after being out all day, the temperature was sweltering and the thermostat did not work. We asked him to send maintenance up while we were out at dinner. When we returned, the air was on but the unit was so terribly loud we could not sleep at all. We asked to be relocated to a different room and he refused. I would not stay at this hotel again. Ever.”

“Very difficult to find the hotel in a location removed from main streets. No complimentary breakfast. My room was quite a distance from the elevators. The bed was excellent and the room was cleaned very well.”

• The room was great, wonderful bed.
• Staff did not understand hospitality - also, unasked for 6am wakeup call when I intended to sleep till nine after a long drive.

“Convenient for business in Rockville, wonderful room and bed, no service attitude from any of the four staff I dealt with. The room assigned to me earlier was occupied.”

• Nicely decorated and very comfortable. Convenient to Metro.
• Expensive breakfast, pay internet, no indoor pool as stated in hotel information.

“The hotel was nicely decorated and very comfortable. After our long trip I was looking forward to relaxing in the indoor pool but was told that it was taken out a few years ago. It should be taken out of the hotel description, too!”

“Although the hotel staff was accommodating the housekeeping staff needs to take a better look at themselves. The tub was never cleaned and the maintenance staff needed to be called for fixture issues.”

• Beautiful room decor, pleasing atmosphere, great bathrooms.

“The Crowne Plaza on the outside looks like a warehouse, used to be a business office, I think. But on the inside, it exceeds expectations, with tasteful decor. It makes up for the outer look by being in an extremely convenient business location.”

• Amazing bed, luxurious covers, great entertainment flat screen TV, and amazing shower heads in the bathroom.
• The location is a little hard to find in the business district but its worth the hunt.

“Its an amazing hotel for the price per night. You can't beat all that this hotel offers with regards to rooms being well suited for a night away with your significant other or just a good business getaway. You will definitely rest in comfort with the accommodations that this hotel has.”

• Very clean, nice staff, very close to Lowe's and mall!
• You can hear a lot of noise from hallway and next door rooms, mattress not thick enough.

“We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Very clean and close to Lowes and the Concord Mills Mall. I recommend this hotel if you don't want to spend a fortune for a luxury hotel.”

• The hotel was a great bargain for the price, with friendly staff and a great room.
• The bed was really comfortable but the pillows are too thin for my liking.

“The hotel wasn't too difficult to reach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A night watchman was visible in the parking lot and throughout the hotel all night, which we saw him a few times. The room was exquisite with a comfortable chaise lounge chair, a plush bed, a good sized desk and a flat screen LCD TV. The decor was modern, with a slight Asian flair highlighted by small bamboo shoots and oriental style mirrors and marble fixtures. Everything was very clean, it was quiet and we had a great view of the hotel indoor courtyard. The shower was particularly relaxing with its large showerhead and adequate water pressure. We really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely consider this hotel again if we stay in the DC area!”
