• Cleanliness, provision of all business amenities, convenient and comfortable.
• Vending machine products are overpriced.

“Hotel is in a very upscale corporate area. My first impression was that it was safe to stay there. The hotel is clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was nice and comfortable. Everything needed to have a pleasant stay and to prepare oneself for business meetings was available at the hotel.”

• Kitchenette was in room.
• Too barebones, almost no amenities, extra charge for internet, ugly security entranceway.

“Security-style entranceway gives this hotel a feeling that it's in a "bad location" for crime. Kitchenettes are very welcome but there are no amenities except a single bag of coffee. The only items available for purchase and use in the kitchenette was candy from a vending machine. The extra charge for internet access completed the feeling of a stripped-down hotel experience which cost more than what it delivered.”

• Need more breakfast tables. Can get crowded.

• The hotel was close to restaurants and shopping.
• The decor was a little outdated.

“The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, but could have been cleaned better. It also seemed that the hotel needs to be redecorated or remodeled.”

• Room was not very clean. Bathroom was dirty.

• Great full kitchen facility right in your room.
• No gym or exercise facility at all.

“If I was staying for an extended stay, this would be a great hotel since it offered a full kitchen with all the plates, etc. right in my room. However, there was no gym, walking trail, or pool available for exercise. If you are looking for exercise on an extended stay, you would have to join a gym.”

• It was clean.
• The complete staff was very rude and guests there were wild.

“This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. It was so bad that the management not only offered me a free room there. But I declined.”

• The location was close to where I had business, It was quiet, the staff were very helpful.
• Nothing at the moment. But the room didn't have two beds and I had a friend stay over.

“The hotel is in a quiet place, close to where I had business and the staff were very helpful. The even extended my check out time voluntarily when I had an emergency to take care of. I would give the service 10/10 and would gladly use it again.”

“The property allowed pets, did not have no smoking rooms, and offered no maid service, soap or shampoo for my 3 night stay since they were an "extended stay" hotel.”

“I am very disappointed with the performance of this hotel . Even though I booked the rooms in adbance, the hotel made my guests book rooms on their credit cards and did not credit their account even when the confirmation number was presented.”
