“Excellent location, lovely suite, indoor pool super, only problem no freezer so microwave food couldn¿t be bought in advance. Otherwise lovely set up, very comfortable.”

• The location of this hotel was 15 min. Away from my business appointment.
• The room was very clean, but the bathroom/tub could have been cleaner.

“Overall, our stay at Springhill suites was pleasant & comfortable. I was only 15 min. From downtown Rockville. I would happily stay at Springhill suites again in the future and would recommend this hotel to others.”

• One of the best laid out rooms I¿ve stayed in, and quality bedding makes it even better.
• Difficult access, especially in afternoon and evening.

• Trying to get to it traveling north on I-270 out of Washington DC. Heading south on I-270 was easy.

• Spacious room, relaxing atmosphere, quiet, comfortable, just right for relaxing.
• Breakfast was hectic, not enough staff, and food ran out.

• When I arrived and asked the clerk for a king size bed and smoking room, she did her best to accommodate Free breakfast too.
• My partner did not like the mirror on the wall near the foot of the bed.

“Very clean and well kept hotel. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was large and well equipped. A very nice indoor pool and exercise room. Breakfast was plentiful and good and free.”

“We had a great experience at Springhill Suites. The staff was pleasant. The rooms were spacious, clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen area was roomy. The pool and hot tub were very nice. The continental breakfast was delicious. The Market was a convenient extra. We also liked the cookies at the front desk! Great job all around! We would stay here again.”

• The lobby was beautiful and rooms were updated.
• There was a large school group there, very noisy.

“The hotel was nicely appointed, with amenities such a microwave and refrigerator that were very convenient. The bedding was very comfortable, and all in all, the hotel is quite a value.”

• No complaints but it was a bit confusing finding it!

• Free buffet, nice heated pool, good workout facility, free internet!
• Every floor looks exactly alike.

“I would highly recommend this hotel! Besides the heated indoor pool, free internet & free hot continental breakfast, it is also close to walking/jogging trail, kids playground, mall, huge movie theatre and more restaurants than you can quickly count. Very enjoyable!!”

• A little hard to find the first time, but called the hotel and they directed me with no problems.

“Excellent rooms and service. Great breakfast buffet. Loved the room, very comfortable just short on samples. I don't need them, but my church wants them for the homeless. Highly recommend!!”

• All the staff were excellent in every way. Breakfast buffet was above average.
• Maybe a nit picking but the TV could have used more channels + a guide.

“Hotel was a little out of the way for us, but in a fairly good location. Everything was spotless as we have come to expect from Marriott properties. Breakfast buffet was very good and very fresh. Anything we needed was provided promptly by the staff.”

• The facilities for their continental breakfast were very nice. Other hotels I've stayed at offer little room for guests to sit down.
• I had problems retrieving a voice mail message as their system wasn't working properly.

• The room included 2 beds plus a pull out. A frig and 2 TVs.
• The carpet had large soil stains.

“The customer service by the staff was excellent. We arrived 4:30 in the morning with the temp 23 degrees and walked into a warm room. The indoor pool and hot tube were enjoyed by my mother-in-law.”

• Great indoor pool, free breakfast and free parking, also free cookies at check in.
• Weird directions, a little hard to find.

“It was great, room had microwave and refrigerator, very quiet, split bathroom, separate living room and bedroom areas. Very clean, great free breakfast. Hot food items as well as the regular continental breakfast, extremely nice staff. Huge room. Nice indoor pool, 24 hour mini store.”

• The staff was superior; spacious sitting room was a big plus; Wonderful breakfast with large variety; free local calls.
• The pool hours were just evening hours. We could have gone to next door to the pool they had but it was not convenient.

“Very clean and well maintained hotel! It was the perfect location to stop for our trip from Raleigh to Pittsburgh. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The continential breakfast was by far the highlight of the stay since we had arrived for a late check-in. I wish we would have had time to enjoy the pool.”

“really nice hotel, hard to believe it's a 2 star compared to the local holiday inn, which is offered here as a 3 star and is a total dive.can't beat location, close to many restaurants. Front desk service was very friendly.”

• Loved that it was a suite, with a couch that made an extra bed, the free high speed internet access, and the fabulous breakfast buffet.
• The ONLY slightly "sour note" was watching a female staff member stand sullenly around during breakfast... not even bothering to wipe the dirty tables.

“It truly exceeded my expectations... indeed spoiled me. The location was convenient to the DC expressways. The premises were immaculate. The breakfast buffet was luxurious... including the ability to make your own waffles... or assemble an egg and sausage sandwich on an english muffin. The room was a suite... with a hide-a-bed that made an extra bed for my 22 year old son, a desk with a highspeed internet connection for our laptop, and a refrigerator and microwave that let Jason warm the waffle I brought him while he slept. I would definitely love to stay there again!”
