- Comfortable, clean, front desk staff friendly.
- Restaurant poor service and way over priced food. Pool was closed from 10am -4pm.
“All in all it was a pleasant stay. Not happy the pool was closed from 10am-4pm. There was an 8th grade school field trip with
many kids using the pool. That was okay, but when they were out on their field trip and out of the pool, the pool was closed.”

“We went out for the day and returned to the room at 3:30 and it was still not made up. Housekeeping came by at 4:15 to make up room but we were getting dressed and said they could come back after 5 when we go back out. They never came back to do the room.”

- Location.
- Called and no service, took cold showers. Room was old and door obvious painted over without repair.
“The staff was mostly friendly. However I was disappointed with our room. Very small bathroom, smallest I've seen in a Hilton yet. The door was old, water was cold. Called them and they said, we'll try to send someone up. No one came and there was no call back. Took cold showers next morning.”

- The only good thing I can say about this hotel is that it had a bed I could use.
- This hotel is not maintained very well.
“I was not impressed at all with this facility. The main lobby area is very nice but the room was poorly maintained and was in a very dingy part of the hotel.
It seemed like the basement, but wasn't. I've stayed in literally hundreds of hotels but found the layout of this hotel to be very poor. To add insult to injury, the ice machine on my floor did not work so I had to make my way through the labyrinth to another machine. Thumbs down for this place.”

- It is well located and near the highway. It also had a good business center with PCs.
- It is old and does not have a good selection of TV channels. I missed a few shows I wanted to catch on the road.

- The bed was very comfortable.
- The floor I was on had very strange smell.
“Overall, it was fine, but not quite as nice as I had hoped. When I arrived in my room I tried to take a nap before dinner. Unfortunately there was a party on the floor below me with
very loud music. I found the room and the sign said the party would be over at 6:00. Otherwise I would have asked for a room change. Upon arrival my floor had a very strange smell, but when we returned from dinner it was much better.”

- Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly.
- The room was very humid and the climate control unit did not have a dehumidifying setting.
“The hotel staff is friendly and courteous. The hotel is centrally located and has a shopping center within walking distance. (NIST is a very short drive and they have a courtesy shuttle to the metro.) The room, however, was a little dark and humid. The AC helped, but it definitely was not a great room. It also didn't have a microwave or a fridge. Not sure if this is an accurate representation of the hotels other rooms, but it was a little disappointing for a Hilton.”

- Staff and service was consistent; made me feel like I was a VIP, gave smiles, help with driving directions, remembered who I was!
- Location off of Perry Pkway is a bit tricky; I took round about and ended in wrong parking lot. An additional sign at intersection on Perry would help.
“This property is fresh, updated, clean, upscale, with great amenities and 24-hour business office. Positive staff attitude. You could tell that they remembered who I was and greeted accordingly. I asked for help on various topics, and every single employee tried to help. Very impressed and will stay there again!”

- The trip was for medical testing but the hotel shifted the focus to a positive experience.
- We were given a king size bed and had to start over at front desk.
“We had already switched rooms once. After we settled in, the A.C. came on and was very noisy and in need of repair. There was no way to turn it off. It was so late and we had already switched rooms once, we decided to just suffer and pretend we were at home.”

- I had hoped for a bit more in the fitness centre like a few free weights.

- 2nd floor lobby was a bit confusing on elevators, outside pool closed for all five days we stayed.
“My four children and I received so much more comfort and hospitality. Every staff person we encounter was helpful and cheerfully friendly. The indoor pool even had a professional life guard! I would highly recommend this hotel.”
