• The pool and jacuzzi were not open. No complimentary continental breakfast.

• Convenient location.
• Love seat in room was stained/noisy.

“We were given a room on the second floor where a huge group of kids were also staying. The floor was noisy and loud till about 10pm when I called down to the front desk to request assistance with the situation. The kids weren't just loud in their rooms but throughout the hallway. We were right next to the elevator. No shampoo in the bathroom.”

• The bathroom, especially the shower and the pillows!
• With 3 small children, no offer in assisting us with our luggage, even though I probably would have declined anyway.

• The staff was very kind and courteous and the facility was beautiful.
• Facility had to shut off the water each day from 10:00-3:00PM; no wireless internet; no room service for lunch/dinner.

“Overall, this property is perfect for a leisure traveler and with a few changes - would be perfect for the business traveler. Having no water each day between 10:00 - 3:00 was challenging to deal with, but I'm certain this is isolated. Because a business traveler is busy, having all three meals offered at the hotel would be very advantageous, instead of venturing out. The facilities were very pretty and secluded, and the staff was very kind and accommodating. I would not only recommend this hotel, but I would stay here again.”

• It was in a quite setting, stall very helpful and pleasant. Also very clean, it wasn't noisy even though at one point there was a bus of school kids.
• Really there isn't any thing I can think of.

“I liked the quiet setting of the hotel, easy access from Highway 81. The staff very helpful and efficient. I liked the idea of duvets on the beds as then I know they will be washed regularly. I also enjoyed the dinning room with the delicious meals that they served. The staff at the desk very helpful with maps and directions. Very pleasant stay for 5 days.”

• The beds were wonderful. Very comfortable and there were four pillows with each bed.
• When we checked in, the staff person said breakfast was served from 6-10. It was implied that it was complimentary. It was not.

“My room, and the room of my co-worker, at this hotel while standard for what you would expect. True there is complimentary high speed internet access, but for one night only, after that there is a charge. Clearly the room I had was not renovated recently.”

• The hotel is tucked into a nice quiet area. For me it is only 1 block from where I do business.
• I can not come up with anything that I did (do) not like!

• The shuttle is always available and very convenient.
• No indoor pool, only one entrance and exit, access to fitness room inconvenient.

“The front desk staff is very pleasant but frequently has to compensate for the incompetence of the other hotel staff. The rooms are nice and very basic but the television is placed on a low dresser and too accessible to the hands of very young children. The computer and printer in the lobby is helpful when there is no line but there should be a way to print from your laptop.”

• I did not like anything about this hotel.
• The staff was rude and not helpful.

“This hotel ruined my trip to Maryland. They did not give us the room requested. The staff was rude and made no attempt to make us comfortable, they moved us to a room with a broken air conditioner and the sheets were wet. The staff did not seem to care at all about making any of it better.”

• It was farther from the D.C. area than we wanted to be. Also could not get WIFI in room.

• I liked that there was a fully equipped exercise room, pool, whirlpool, and steam room.
• There was no refrigerator and stove/oven.

“This hotel was very convenient to public transportation (although I had to walk about 5 block after midnight b/c no bus was going near the door, no fault of this hotel). The exercise room was great and the pool. Whirlpool and steam room were a great treat.”

• I was very impressed with the amenities of the hotel. These were very important to me.
• I wish that breakfast was complimentary or included in the price of the hotel, as it is in others I stayed in.

“I had a hotel clerk (an east Indian woman) who would not place anything (keycard, pen, credit card) in my hand when it was extended for her to do so. I think it is her culture not to place items in the hands of patrons, but it is considered rude in our culture. I receive the utmost in courtesy and respect from the hotel staff. They were most accommodating with every request.”

“This was one of the best hotel stays I've ever experienced. The room was clean and comfortable, the location was very convenient, and most of all, the staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. I was greeted by the desk clerks every time I entered and exited the hotel. They called shortly after I got to my room to make sure I was satisfied with everything. I wish I could have stayed more than three days. I was getting spoiled!”

• They offered hotel shuttle rides to my business meeting and to dinner as well.
• The exercise room was very limited and had uninviting atmosphere.

“This was perfect for me -- a writing weekend in isolation. But the hotel was jam-packed with 12 to 14 year old boys who took over the elevators, hallways, and showers (which caused the boilers to break and strand the rest of us with no hot water until after noon on both days!). But we were given a voucher for a free breakfast. The breakfast area was unmanageable because of the size of the crowd. Impossible to get near the food most of the time!”
