• Friendly staff, clean environment, nice to my children.
• Doing construction, slightly confusing inside.

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was more than helpful, our room was extremely clean, and breakfast was delicious. Our children were welcomed with open arms which is not always the case. If we are to ever stay in this area again we will stay here.”

• Quiet. Easy to get to off I-66.
• They wouldn't provide breakfast tickets for me since I got the room at a discounted rate.

• Very convenient location.
• Made a $30.50 charge to my MasterCard without being Informed.

“Overall I would Rate my Stay Higher here. The Clerk on Duty asked for my Credit Card upon Check in. I was not aware nor was I informed here that a $30.50 Hold was placed on my account for any Additional Charges that I may incur during my stay. The Hold was to be taken off on the 28th of August. I have contacted my Bank and the Hotel. Further investigation of this matter on your part would be greatly appreciated to prevent future Occurrences of this type of Charge here. A 14 day hold when I have booked a 3 night stay is totally out of sorts on anyones part here I would believe.”

• Clean, comfortable, knew exactly what to expect. In room refrigerator.
• Boring, waking up there, I am not sure if I am in a courtyard in New York, Philadelphia, or Washington, dc.

• Noise of slamming doors from guests. Could not sleep.

“This hotel was a decent hotel from business travelers. The service was so-so but the lobby is fairly decent. The biggest problem was the sound of doors slamming throughout the night and early morning hours of guests which prevent a good night¿s sleep.”

• It's a nonsmoking hotel- very nice!
• Construction outside made noises later than I would have liked.

“This hotel was much better than one I stayed in a month earlier in the same area- but paid much more for! Very nice people working the front desk- and they spoke English! Room was clean, king sized bed, tons of pillows as well.”

• Comfortable beds, large rooms, free internet (wired and wireless), and friendly staff make this property a no-brainer!
• Overpriced breakfast buffet (no one else is charging for their buffet).

“This was a wonderful hotel in the Fair Oaks portion of Fairfax County, outside the beltway. The front desk was always helpful and friendly, the beds and room exceeded my expectations, the bathroom was spacious and always appeared immaculate, and the property's move to free internet access make this hotel a "must"!”

• I love that hotels have upgraded their linens - this one is no exception. Nice job.
• More creamer and sugar for the coffee! Some of us like it light and sweet!!

“I've stayed at a lot of Marriott and Courtyards - they have all been pretty nice in the past few years - this one I've stayed at quite a few times - nice folks -nice linens - clean - good parking area - I like it a lot.”

• Very clean, bed was comfortable, excellent workout room, fridge in the room.
• At check-in the staff was not particularly friendly and did not smile or behave in a welcoming manner.

“For the money, it certainly exceeded my expectations, and if I had to return to that area, I would certainly consider staying there.”

• I was given a smoking room when I requested non-smoking.

“Nice hotel, good location, gym and pool. Did not like that when I didn't receive a non-smoking room, front desk staff seemed very indifferent and didn't even check to see if there was a non-smoking room available. ”

• It has an indoor hot tub and swimming pool.
• The pool is not open early in the morning.

“This is a very comfortable hotel with good sized rooms. My room had a queen size bed and a convertible sofa. There was a good selection of TV channels.”

• Free Internet access, and it has swimming pools and spa!
• Noisy air-conditioner.

“Generally speaking, this is a fairly good 2.5 star hotel. The room is clean, bathroom is ok, and it has free Internet access (although no wireless available, there is a cable in the room). It even has a small swimming pool, and a spa area, which is not expected in a 2.5 star hotel. It also has a small exercise room. The location is very good, and it is good if you want to go to DC, less than an hour's drive ('coz there is some traffic on the beltway).”

“Outstanding value in a nice location close to shopping, food, and the Interstate. The indoor heated pool was great for us and our son. Would definitely stay here again for the price.”

“Very nice hotel. Getting a non-smoking room was easy. Bathroom was nice; hair-dryer and coffee maker provided. We asked for a refrigerator, which was promptly delivered to our room. The indoor pool was small but there was also a whirlpool. Breakfast was available, although not included, in the lobby restaurant." Buffet was $10 while menu items were either $8 or $9. We did not get the buffet, but for one dollar more it would have been worth it. Overall, the hotel was very clean and comfortable and conveniently located just a block or two from I-66."”

“The rooms were beautifully appointed with a non standard contemporary decor. Lobby was very nice spacious. Nice business facilities. Fresh baked cookies and fruit in lobby a nice touch. I would definitely recommend this hotel”
