• Clean.
• No van-expensive cab.

“It requires an expensive cab ride. I expect airport hotels to have transportation.”

• Exceptionally clean, spacious and
  comfortable.

• The atmosphere was comfortable and the free dining was good!
• The rooms were divided into separate buildings.

“My stay at this hotel was beyond a 2.5 expectation. Each room had a full size kitchen with a dishwasher and was very roomy. The hotel provided free bbq and drinks each night. I enjoyed my stay at the residence inn!”

• For 80 dollars it was the best that I could expect. It was worth about $200.
• It wasn't in the best location.

• Value.
• Could hear footstep of upstairs traveler.

“Breakfast was include and could be enjoyed off the lobby area or back in the room. Room included a nice 37' HD TV and small kitchen. Recommend traveler request upstairs units as to not hear footsteps overhead. Overall good value.”

• Nothing not to like, great.

• Spacious rooms, good breakfast.
• Lack of accommodations for multiple travelers.

“I made reservations for 1 night for 2 rooms for this hotel. According to the reservation confirmation, all rooms are to accommodate 2 adults. Rooms with double beds and other sleeping accommodations are supposed to be available upon request if available. I called the hotel immediately after making reservations and requested rooms with 2 beds. I offered to pay an extra fee for rooms with 2 beds, but they refused, saying that the most he would do would be to give me rooms with a sofa bed. Because I had no other options, I agreed to this. It was not until the following morning that I found out from an employee that when they went to pull out the sofa bed in one of the rooms, it was not a sofa bed, but a standard sofa. Because it was late, he just slept on the couch, but complained that he slept horribly.”

• My room was spacious and had everything I needed, including a free high speed internet connection (not Wi-Fi).
• Minor inconvenience: doors in this hotel close a bit loudly, so you're likely to be woken up by neighbors.

• Clean, romantic, fabulous bed, kitchen, room, breakfast.
• Nothing to complain; one of the best hotels in my lifetime.

“Staff was wonderful; provided room with fold-out couch; incredibly clean and quiet room; breakfast was Marriotts "make your own" with wonderful eggs and waffles. Great brewed coffee available 24/7 and the staff was superb.”

• This hotel was located in a prime location close to restaurants, shopping, and the Reston government center.
• No complaints. Too bad it was to cold to use the amenities like the pool.

“This hotel features secure buildings, huge rooms with all the comforts of home, the best hot breakfast, clean grounds, friendly staff, and located near everything including the Dulles toll way to get you into dc in minutes.”

“I stayed at this hotel with a few friends and it was not easy to get to and it has passageways that are scary. I was traveling alone so I decided to loose my money and did not stay there. ”

“This was our first time in a Residence Inn and I was pleasantly surprised with everything about the property except for lack of airport shuttle and park & fly plan.”

• Convenient to several major roads Route 7, 267, Baron Cameron Pkwy.
• The hotel staff had no restaurant recommendations.

“Overall, this location lived up to my expectations of my previous stays at the same hotel in other cities. I was disappointed that the staff didn't seem to know the area very well and that the complimentary breakfast was too busy on two of three days we stayed that we had to eat elsewhere. Otherwise, it was clean, safe, and comfortable.”

“The only problem was the transportation. Had to go through the hassle of taking a cab, supper shuttle doesn't go there.”

• It had a queen bed and foldout couch. Full kitchen, large room, great breakfast.
• Everything was great.

• The quality of room was very nice.
• There is no shuttle transportation to and from the airport.

“Very nice hotel. Close to shopping and a variety of restaurants. Clean large suites. However, plan on spending an additional 30-40 dollars on a taxi to and from the airport. In my experience, an airport hotel should supply a shuttle service to and from the airport.”

“We had a kitchenette, full refrigerator, stove, microwave, sink and dishwasher. The cupboards were stocked with dishes, pans, glasses, linens and utensils. There was a table, with chairs, a free computer hook-up, a sitting area with a pull out hide-a-bed , TV side chair and a double bed. The bathroom and the room was fully handicapped accessible. There was a laundry room near the front desk and a complementary breakfast. The rooms were very clean. the pool was clean and warm and the outside hot-tub was perfect. Gym facilities were located at Gold's gym across the street. Wonderful!”
