“This was one of the nicer hotels I've stayed in recently. I stay in many efficiency type hotels and I liked the layout of this one more than most.”

“This hotel is convenient to the DC Metro. The rooms are quite spacious and include a full kitchen. The complimentary breakfast is a full, hot breakfast. We were extremely pleased with our stay here.”

• The free breakfast each day.
• It wasn't a king size bed.

“It was a great deal and we were happy with the staff, breakfast and room. Had trouble w/ the Internet connection but it was easy to fix. I thought our room would be a king sized bed - but for the price of the room the queen was just fine!”

• Front desk staff gave helpful directions. Great down comforter!
• A little hard to find, but the front desk gave great directions.

“Very nice modern suites with kitchen, just outside the Washington D.C. city limits and near the Dulles airport. Very comfortable bed and sitting area. The complimentary breakfast was especially tasty.”

• The breakfast bar was wonderful as was the atmosphere.
• The pool was closed and I had called right after I made the reservations and was told I had a 1 bedroom suite but arrived to a studio.

“The location was excellent with a lot to do and many nice places near by. The hotel itself was very attractive and the staff was very friendly.”

• The complimentary breakfast, the in-room kitchenettes, the maid service. Unlike similar hotels.
• The fan in the bathroom was loud and the shower head needed attention. There were no "nicer" restaurant suggestions in the hotel's recommended list.

“This is a hotel for the adult traveler, no children's frills. The staff is friendly and attentive with a "can do" attitude. The option of organized activities for lonesome adult travelers requires extra planning and effort on the part of the hotel, but is a nice feature for travelers in need of getting away from the day's business. The kitchenette area was clean and attended to daily by the maid service. We have been disappointed by similar format hotels and felt a bit "taken" (Extended Stay), but here felt a good match for our dollars as well as our needs.”

“Nice clean hotel in out of the way location. Great for families needing kitchen facilities which were immaculate. Keycard required for access to building made me feel safe. I did not take advantage of the free breakfast.”

• Valuable item I left was expressed to me next day.
• Initially, a little difficult to find due to signage.

“Hotel has two nicer chain restaurants on the borders of it's parking lot so access by walking is great. Morning extended continental breakfast has hot foods and ample selections. Two newspapers available free of charge. Room was very clean and large with an HVAC (heat or cool) system that was quiet and performed very well. About as nice as it gets for us.”

• All is good.

• Nice breakfast buffet.
• The room smelled like an ashtray.

“The hotel was not full by the looks of the parking lot. The front desk staff advised there were no non smoking rooms left. So I did get a smoking room, but it smelled like an ashtray to put it mildly. It was bad enough that my wife asked if I had went to a club the night before.”

• The size of the room was fantastic, plus a full kitchen with dishwasher.

“The room was incredible, full kitchen and twice the size of an average room. The staff bends over backwards to please. Grocery shopping daily at no charge and full breakfast every morning. I highly recommend.”

• Steps up to 1st floor makes it difficult to get baggage in.

“It was too good. The people there were excellent as well. Free breakfast, free dinner, free wine, free beer etc. were the highlights. Overall: A very good place.”
