“What a wonderful place definitely will be coming back again, while I am in the area this will be the only place that I will go, there are large rooms, and all the modern amenities. This hotel surely gets a 10 from me. I have stayed in many hotels in the area and by far this is the best.”

• There isn't anything negative about this hotel.

“I absolutely loved this hotel, and I have stayed at many in the area. The swans were beautiful and well taken care of, the breakfast was wonderful, the free happy hour was fun, and the rooms were immaculate The place is well taken care of, the atmosphere is very friendly, the gym is very equipped and the pool area is beautiful, I will definitely be coming back to this place, awesome.”

• Large suite, plenty of room.
• Business center horrible, couldn't even get mapquest directions the computers/internet set-up was so incredibly horrible.

“Overall decent, not the best I've stayed at, but definitely not the worst. TV selection was extremely limited, esp. for this type of room, no PPV or movies to order, and very limited channel line-up. Room was clean and reasonably comfortable, but I reserved a non-smoking room and ended up in a smoking room. The fire alarm also went off twice, at 6:00 in the morning and again at 11:30 that night, so woke me up extremely early and then woke me up again that night. No apology/explanation/offer of discount on room or future stays/etc.”

• The suites were large and comfortable. Hot breakfast served!

• Outstanding customer care and service.
• There was not a thing I didn't like. My stay was excellent.

“The hotel is close to Dulles Airport and also the towns of Herndon and Reston, Virginia. There are a lot of activities to do within walking distance or a short car or Courtesy Shuttle ride. The staff goes out of its way to accommodate and help guests (unless it was only for me, which is unlikely). I would recommend the hotel to anyone wanting that extra quality and care for their stay in the area.”

“Well appointed, well kept, comfortable bedding and well located hotel for travelers with a stop in dc. Close to the airport yet no the noise. Great customer service!”

• Facility needs makeover badly. Very worn and Not ES standards.

“Rating of this facility is wrong. This is a 2.5 star at BEST. Badly needs renovation. Very disappointing for a E Suites. Worse one I've ever stayed.”

• the made to order breakfast that was included in the price of the room was great!
• the check in rep. was not very helpful or informative. she lacked good communication skills.

“Nice clean hotel with spacious rooms. There was a reception in the evening that offered cocktails and made to order breakfast in the morning; both were included in the price of the room. What a nice treat!”

“Very friendly staff. Gave us the extra towels we needed and smiled every time we were around. Great property and YES we hope to use them again.”
