• Rooms very nice.
• This is the only hotel in the area which does not have complimentary breakfast.

“Very disappointed to find out that they charge $8.95 for breakfast which is free at all other motels in the Frederick, Md area. Did not know this until checking time.”

• The above mentioned billing problem.

• There was no continental breakfast.

• Facility nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable.
• Hotel policy for room placement.

“Great physical facility, but hotel ruined our night "getaway" by placing us in a room next door to and near a wedding party of 30 people. The people next door woke us at midnight and continued to party. The front desk refused to ask them to quiet down and moved our room at 1 a.m. The experience ruined our night's sleep. For a lousy night's sleep, I can stay at home with my young children. Not what I expected.”

• It was a good price for the accommodations. I would have liked the breakfast included instead of a pay breakfast. I elected to eat elsewhere.
• Breakfast was not included. It sat back a little off the highway making it a little hard to locate.

• Flat screen TV, big room, no smoke, great view, great price.
• Dirty sock in sheets not mine, breakfast cost too much.

“They exceeded my expectations. The hotel let me down with the sock in the sheets. The worst part was that we thought we were getting a complimentary breakfast, but we didn't. They were very deceiving about it. There wasn't anyone around to ask, but there sure was some one to come out afterwards to give us the $20+ bill. That is expensive, and I would never have gotten the buffet if I had known it was going to be so much. I think they know there is an Ihop next to them, so they are deceptive. Obviously, they make up for the cost of the room with other things.”

• Nice pool/hot tub, quiet.
• Pool closes at 10 p.m., wanted more time.

“The staff was all courteous and helpful. The room was quiet, and I slept well though the bed was softer than I prefer (I like my bed firm). Frederick MD is a nice community. Breakfast buffet was $8.99 and included eggs made to order. The omelet I ordered was wonderful.”

“The hotel met and exceeded our expectations. We were especially pleased with the staff after a long day traveling, we felt very comfortable. And the location? Being a shopoholic, I was excited to see the close proximity to a variety of stores. I would stay here again.”

“The rooms were good sized, the refrigerator and microwave in the room was nice, there were several restaurants one block away, and there was plenty of parking near an outside door that we could easily get to our room without having to go through the lobby.”

“excellent value with priceline. friendly staff. clean rooms. Good location for visiting Frederick and other points in Western Maryland or in Central PA. The only downside is that the location itself is in a mall area, so it is not in and of itself particularly scenic or conducive to walking anywhere.”

• I like Marriott hotels...
• No refrigerator or microwave in the rooms...

“I love and enjoyed my stay. Marriott hotels are the great and this hotel is by far and way superior to the Quality Inn of Frederick, MD.”
