• Great deal and was well maintained.
• Lobby is undergoing renovation.

“Comfortable, and up-scale room. Not necessarily convenient for more than 2 people, though. TV sat on an island between the king bed and the sofa-sleeper. It swiveled but could only be seen in one half of the room or the other. Coffee maker was quite small (one cup), even a small refrigerator in the room would have been nice.”

• The lobby was inviting, the garden outside was well maintained and the bed was comfortable.
• The front desk seemed short staffed, trying to man the phones and deal with walk up guests.

“Despite the room being a little small, the bed was comfortable. It had a little sitting area that made it appear like a mini-suite. Good basics with a little plus.”

• Amazing view from room; great lobby & workout room.
• Limited hours of the pool and requirement for a life guard.

“Welcoming large lobby with nice fountain in center of many conversation areas. Excellent staff. Large rooms with incredible view of Dulles airport and distant mountains. Top of the line workout equipment, complete with refrigerated towels to cool you off. Beautiful pool & hot tub area, but hours are limited.”

• Clean, modern with all expected amenities.

“Located in a corporate office park with nothing within walking distance. A guest must eat at the hotel restaurants, while good, are relatively pricey with a limited menu. Perfect, however, for the traveler passing through Dulles Airport or doing business on a brief say at the Dulles office park.”

• On arrival, our room's toilet had not been cleaned, and we were charged an extra delivery charge for a mistake made by staff.

“Good for the business traveler seeking to be close local office park or Dulles IAD airport. Good Internet connectivity. Hallways and rooms are a bit dated and run down, but a good business hotel. Not a romantic place for a weekend getaway or fun weekend with the kids.”

• Lounge area was comfortable and the servers were friendly.
• They forgot my wake up call, i was late for a meeting, and the manager blames me for not knowing the persons name who took my wake up call request.

“I was very disappointed. It’s obvious that this hotel is for the biz traveler. One of the most important things for the biz traveler is being able to depend and trust the hotel to do the job they promised- a wake up call which was never issued. When I asked to speak to a manager, he was not too accommodating, and blamed me for not knowing the person's name who received my wake up call request.”

• Professional staff, comfortable rooms.
• Hotel catered more towards business travellers; therefore, pool was not open during the day, son was disappointed.

“We were overall pleased with our stay. Upon arrival, staff were very friendly and accomodating; explained all the amenities available. Inviting and comfortable lobby area. Room was clean, comfortable. The separate living area from the beds was nice to have for extra space. Nice pool and gym located in an inconspicuous area which was nice. However, the pool was closed during the day; I would assume because this hotel seemed to cater more towards the business traveller. Hotel was located in a primarily business district, so we had to travel about fifteen minutes to get to an area with a good selection of restaurants (no big deal. I'm sure there were probably restaurants in closer proximity, but I decided to travel to a familiar area a few miles up the road. Hotel was convenient to airport and the town of Leesburg, which was our reason for travelling (to bum around Leesburg for the weekend, ten minutes away) We would choose to stay here again.”

• Should have laundry facilities to accommodate travelers which only stay 1 night.

“Great hotel, shuttle bus service to and from IAD every 30 minutes, quick check in, rooms are spacious with sitting and desk area, TV swivels, wireless access for $9.99 per 24 hours period, do not check in at self check in kiosk as computer automatically assigns you room on ground floor, great work out facilities, pool hours are limited as hotel has to schedule life guards per law, no laundry service unless you stay 2 days.”

• Comfortable bed with lots of pillows.
• Room was at the end of the hall, next to a noisy stairwell.

“This hotel is geared for the Mon-Fri business traveler. The bar/lounge has recently been re-done and looks inviting. Rooms are like junior suites with couch, chair, coffee table, work desk and office chair separated by a half partition wall that holds the dresser drawers. TV in this room was the old style and not the flat screen. Hotel charges for internet at the rate of $9.99 per 24 hours. I was on the airport side but it was very quiet. The only problem was the clanking sound every 45 seconds from the adjacent stairwell.”

• Nice room layout, attractive outdoor courtyard with plants and flowers.
• Couldn't get the AC to get the room cool.

“The room was 'square' instead of 'rectangle' shape, with a divider island in the middle, which made it much more livable. Unfortunately the AC, even set at 60, chugged away but did not really cool the room. The public space in the lobby has a long bar which serves the seated area around a modern koi pond; and outdoors is a courtyard type area (with service) in the midst of plants and flowers. Pleasant, located close to Dulles, but well soundproofed.”
