• The safe in the room, free internet access, room was clean and comfortable.
• Nice indoor pool but water was very cold, not heated, hot breakfast advertised but only hot item was waffles.

“Overall a pleasant stay, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We needed extra towels and we were accommodated immediately. Disappointed that the indoor pool was freezing cold, but the whirlpool was nice. The complimentary breakfast was good, but it was advertised as a hot breakfast and the only hot item was waffles you made yourself in a waffle iron, everything else was bagels and cereal, fruit and yogurt. You can log onto the internet via the TV in your room, with a wireless keyboard, that was a nice amenity. We would go back to this hotel next time we are in Chantilly, or even headed to DC.”

• Nothing.
• Construction, poor breakfast, not convenient to DC as advertised.

“Hotel was undergoing painting on a different floor and the odor was bad in our room. Also, it was advertised to be convenient for day trips into Washington DC, and we had to drive 15 miles in heavy traffic to get to a metro station and then have a 30 minute ride into the city.”

• Neat, clean warm fuzzy feeling.
• Bit hidden behind other buildings.

“Wonderful NEW facility, free business center to check email. Breakfast was above the usual cereal & toast routine. Staff helpful & friendly. Would stay here anytime.”

• Convenient airport location and good early breakfast.

“This is an excellent hotel for early morning departures from Dulles airport, with spacious clean rooms, convenient location and excellent early breakfast. If the price is right (it wasn't the second time we wanted to stay here!), it is a great choice.”
