• Breakfast should be served until 10am.

• Nice clean hotel in the Marriott tradition.
• Had some problems with key cards but they took care of it, fine each time.

• The courtesy and friendliness of the front desk employees.
• There was nothing I didn't like. This hotel met all expectations.

“I would recommend this hotel. We stayed there because my mother had an early flight out of Dulles and I didn't want to fight 495 traffic during morning rush hour. It took me 10 minutes to get to the airport from the hotel. We were also able to walk to dinner (Damons, which was also outstanding!) Worked out very well.”

• Quick check-in and check-out. It was quiet, clean, & safe.
• A little out of the way from sterling. Slight smell first time I entered.

“Easy to get to from rt 28 or rt 50 in Virginia. Close to Dulles airport. Good selection of restaurants. Pleasant surroundings. Parking convenient.”

• I love the Marriott hotel rooms, and internet in the room is a must.
• We had to pay $23 for 2 breakfasts.

“Hotel is very clean and surrounded by great restaurants, close to the airport and the technology center. The only bad thing was the breakfast. At other 2.5 star hotels, I have used the breakfast was included. It was kind of surprise, and we weren't told until we already had our food on our plate that we were going to be paying $12.50 for a less than mediocre breakfast.”

• We actually liked everything about the hotel!
• We have nothing negative to say.

“We were very impressed with this hotel. The room was very comfortable and had several nice features. The lobby area had a little mini-convenience store with snacks and drinks. The hotel staff was cordial and helpful and gave us menus for local eateries that would deliver to our room. We were allowed to keep our vehicle on the parking lot until we returned from our trip and the van picked us up at the airport when we called.”

• I thought the breakfast was overpriced for what was provided.

“This hotel provided a ride to and from the airport at no charge and allowed me to park my car in their parking lot. I was surprised at their hospitality since I had booked the room and certainly hadn't paid top dollar.”

• No issues or concerns.

“I could tell the hotel had made recent updates and noticed the parking lot was full both nights I stayed. The rooms were clean, convenient to my business appointments and I enjoyed my stay. Security in and out of the buildings seemed very adequate. I'm sure they have monitors surveying the property for safety measures at least I hope so. I hope I can stay here again when I have more business to do in that area.”

• Waited 55 minutes for van in sub freezing temps. being told every 15 minutes that it would be 5 more minutes. desk clerks were very rude.

“Have stayed there before with very good results. After witing forever for the van, the driver was not the least bit concerened. Dest clerk was conducting a personal phone call and had me wait for about 5 minutes.”

• it was close to Georgetown, GREAT customer service, GREAT room 857 wheelchair access, would highly recommend real nice small indoor outdoor pool.

“this hotel although a little older was well maintained, we were put into room 637 at first called to main desk to see if we could get up higher, they offered me room 857 whlchr.access up against elevators, thought it would be noisy but did not hear a thing the room was larger then the rest and had GREAT views of Georgetown the Potomac and D.C. 3 huge windows, my daughter came down with the flu when we arrived, they bent over backwards trying to make her feel at home, room service twice at no charge!!!Alaine worked front desk he gave us our GREAT room) Bailey sent room service) so did the pool although I did not go into it looked very inviting, we took metro everywhere, the city bus comes up to front door make sure you wait on benches to catch it only $1 to Dupont circle and Georgetown, Roslyn metro only 2 block walk everyone in DC. was very nice, but I would highly recommend this hotel.”

“The hotel overall was nice. The only thing I was not satisfied with is the fact that they did not have a microwave nor a refrigerator in the room. These days most hotels have either one or both. The staff was nice and the room was nice and clean. I would stay there again.”
