• Convenient, friendly and helpful staff.
• Too few glasses in kitchen; no ice on arrival.

“We enjoyed our stay and would likely return. Staff should ensure there is ice when guests arrive after traveling. Our dishwasher had not been run, so no clean glasses, and silverware was scarce (in dishwasher).”

• The cleanliness, the "suite" accommodations, the location for where I needed to be.
• Can't -- I liked everything!

“Town place suites chantilly was very conveniently located off route 50, near to shopping and restaurants and churches. Clean rooms, lovely kitchen, everything one would need to have a "home away from home". Though I didn't use it, I was pleasantly surprised to see an outdoor swimming pool when I arrived. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends!”

• Everything just great, new hotel with comfort and excellent service.
• Big drawback, no shuttle to Dulles IAD airport, so extra cost of 35 dollars !

“You should separate in your choice in this area the hotels with shuttle to IAD (Dulles Airport) and the hotels without. As the final cost for the one who has a transfer or does not rent a car is extremely different. ”

• The room was clean and spacious
• No airport shuttle

“I am an airline pilot. I had two days and nights of training at IAD. I needed a hotel that was close to IAD believing that an airport shuttle would be offered by a hotel being requested at the location named IAD. No airport shuttle meant I had to rent a car. ”

• Not close to airport - no transportation to airport except expensive taxi.

“I chose hotel because I thought it would be close to the airport for a very early flight that I had. The hotel was not well known by taxi service. Also - the refrigerator was right next to the bed so it cycled all night. The rug was dirty and the furniture kind of seedy. Also dogs were allowed and they barked throughout the night.”

• Kitchen area in room more than adequate.
• Parking lot was one way in and the same way out.

“Main interest in a hotel is cleanliness, maintenance of the property and proximity to my reason for being there in the first place. Town place Suites either met or exceeded my needs and expectations. Hope to stay there again next winter when I will again be there on business.”

“Even though the facility was 5 years old, there was absolutely no sign of that. It was extremely well maintained, clean and kept inside and out.”

“Requested two non-smoking rooms. Got one handicapped room and one smoking room. Not able to check in until 4PM as rooms were not ready.”
