• A cute tiny little kitchen area but with a full-size refrigerator.
• There were no shopping channels on the TV and there was no swimming pool.

• Location.
• Dirty.

“This hotel is a dump. The first room I was shown had hair all over the bathtub. The next room I got had a dirty tissue on the floor. I was given a non-smoking room but the hallways were filled with smoke. Carpets in hallways were very worn and the ones in he room had many cigarette burns. I will no be staying at an Extended Stay ever again”

• It was nice to have the fridge and microwave available.
• Lack of shuttle to IAD and desk not open 24 hours.

“Hotel ok but not up to new standards of beds that have become popular recently (more than 2 pillows is nice). Great location for shopping and eating but not easy to get to and from IAD airport w/o a car. I feel better at a hotel w/ 24 hour front desk. No real amenities in hotel itself except for fridge and microwave.”

• It was cheap.
• Front desk staff did not know how to give directions.

“Got what I expected for a 1 star hotel. Front desk staff were unable to give me directions to the hotel. First room I was given had not been cleaned from previous guest. Internet access is good deal.”
