• I got the $249.00 room for less that one fifth the price a day for 4 days, fantastic!
• No problems with anything there!

“I love Priceline, we used it in Kansas City, KS a couple for years ago and had the same good results. Got those excellent rooms for very low a night.”

• Your site claimed the hotel had a free breakfast. It did not.

• It is right next door to the Dulles Expo Center.
• The attached restaurant has horrible service and over-priced food.

“The reason you should ever book a stay at the Chantilly Holiday Inn Select is if you are planning on attending an event at the adjacent Dulles Expo Center. The staff can be difficult to communicate with. If you do plan on staying at this hotel, check to make sure that your room's air conditioning works before you un-pack.”

• Felt like a Marriott.
• Food quality poor.

“First time Ive stayed in a holiday inn select. I thought I had walked into my usual Marriott hotel. Too bad intercontinental is giving up on these type hotels.”

• Availability of food outside the hotel.
• The room felt like it was stuck in a time warp, circa 1976.

“I would expect more from a 3 star hotel. As a business traveler it suited my needs but was not particularly attractive. When I was given my room I was told my room number but when I got to my room the key wouldn't work. It turned out that I was told and the desk person wrote down the incorrect room number. When I voiced concern for the person who was probably in the room that I had just tried to get into the staff didn't seem concerned. Overall, it was just an OK experience for me.”

• Was very clean and the room was large. I was happy there was a gym.
• They stated that there was free breakfast. In reality, there were some donuts, but they would be gone by 7:20 am.

“Overall, the place was very nice. The only disappointment was poor direction at the front desk and the lack of an adequate number of donuts in the morning; they would be gone by 7:15 am.”

• The attitude and lack of customer service from the restaurant staff, from waiters from 2 different nights to manager.

“This is a nice hotel and the rooms are quite comfortable. The front desk staffs try to be helpful. I would not recommend eating in the restaurant.”

• Rooms were clean but not outstandingly so. Bathroom had some mold in the corners.

• I like the fact that they had games on the TV for kids to play.
• I did not like the fact that one of the staff members could not find my reservations for the second night.

• Fan ran continuously, maid banged on the door before we checked out.

• Clean, good location, nice rooms.

“Good location for me. Very clean. Rooms were nice size. Beds were comfortable. Good selection of cable/satellite channels. The exercise room was small but sufficient with decent machines. Would recommend this hotel for business travelers.”

• A little farther from the airport than we thought it would be.

• The staff was amazing.
• Hot tub was cold.

“Hotel was clean and staff went above and beyond to be helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and the pool was beautiful. A little far from DC but very close to Dulles Airport. I would recommend it!”

• Location, nice room and the staff was friendly.
• The restaurant could use an updating and the bar area smelled a bit stale.

“Directions took me right to the hotel. The check in was swift and pleasant. I had a room on the Executive Floor which was non-smoking exactly as I preferred. The room was clean and well appointed, king size bed and a nice bathroom with motion detection lights. Handy on entry. The restaurant had an adequate menu, but could use an updating. The bar area had quite a stale odor so that wasn't a stop for me.”

“Overall a good hotel in a relatively accessible location. Friendly staff and clean rooms. The only problem which to me is the main aspect of renting a hotel room is the beds were horrible. Hard and lumpy old spring mattresses. I would not stay here again due to that fact alone.”

• Nice 24hr exercise room. Nice room. Some rooms do not have bathtubs.
• First room did not have bathtub. Pool closed at 8pm.

“This is an excellent value at $170. Peers stayed at similar hotels for $220. Free internet, excellent exercise room with TVs. Nice lobby. Free airport shuttle departed on time. Room had fridge, freezer... very good.”

• It was convenient, and well run
• They reall y did a good job. maybe a more mainstream coffee shop I am not sure but I think the mattress may have been soft,

“I have stayed at the Holiday Inn a number of times prior to this visit, but this was the first time they did not have any rooms left by the time I got to the front desk (3am due to filght delay). The put me in the Extended Stay, which is really not the same standard. I wish all rooms reserved were kept available...”

• Beatiful new hotel, stayed at half the rack rate or better
• I arrived late at night, and the staff at that hour were not helpful as would be expected.

“This is a brand new hotel, in suburban Fairfax county just outside of Washington DC. For this area it offered great access. It is close to Dulles Airport (about 8 miles, and easy routing). From here you can get anywhere in the metro area, fairly easily. Nice atmosphere for families, pool, workout room, very nice......”

“Exceptionally clean with upgraded bed linens and great shower.Convenient(walking distance)to a mall and fast foods. A quality hotel for all travelers, especially those travelling from the Dulles airport.”

• Noise at night!

“Night one: Alarm in room next door goes off at 3:00am. Hotel staff unable to stop it. It goes continuously for 3 hours.Night two: The sound of gushing water from the AC unit starts at midnight and goes for 3 hours. Garbage trucks are loud at 4:00am Enough said I would never stay there again.”

• The staff at the front desk were very pleasant.
• When re-confirming our reservation, the individual I spoke with was rude and uninformed.

“I had uncertain expectations coming in to the hotel, based on my telephone contact with one of the staff (see above), but the staff we had contact with were so cordial, I never even mentioned that unpleasant incident to them.”

“The room service was terrible they forgot things and then were rude when they came to the door. Charged twice for the breakfast. Hotel staff made me talk to the restaurant manager to correct the bill. Hotel staff should have done this not me.”

“Room service menu was outdated for dinner, and I never received breakfast. Hot water was barely there for a shower. Overall, it was okay, but not what I'm used to getting for a 3 star hotel in this area.”

• Hotel is good, though location is a bit disadvantages based where I need to go. Very clean hotel.
• Did not get King size room. Not flexible in meeting customers requests.

• This hotel was new, clean and had a restaurant attached with good food
• non-smoking room was smoky and bed and pillows were terrible

“The building and grounds were very clean and nice looking, but my non-smoking room smelled like smoke and the bed was terrible, so were the pillows.”
